Daniela at Bo Concept went far beyond ordinary customer service - even riding her bike to our home under construction to be sure that our table selection would fit in the space we had designated. She was also very respectful of our concern with furniture delay during the backlog of shipping. And...we love our table and chairs! The chairs are remarkably comfortable and the curvature of the table is user friendly.

I was looking for a couch and was not sure about size color and style - Fox was full of patience with me, very professional and provided me the best advice! There are so many choices to make and thanks to Fox I bought the Osaka couch that perfectly fits my living room. I love it!

Our family is in the middle of moving to a new home and has been on the hunt for a few key pieces of furniture. So far the process had been overwhelming and not very productive.

This all changed when we walked into the new Bo Concept store on 4th Street in Berkeley. The store itself was calm and neatly organized. Clean, but not sterile and the various scenes/vignettes helped us imagine the pieces in our home.

We fell in love with the Augusta table for its minimalist yet original design. What really sold us was when Virgile from their team showed the convertible extension mechanism for large dinner parties. He let us know they were the first company to develop such a system and it showed with how smoothly it operated.

Once we decided, the checkout process was seamless. Thank you Virgile, your communication and customer service were impeccable at every step of the process. We’re looking forward to many years of family meals ahead on this beautiful table.

Beautiful European and modern furniture, we’ve shop at the other locations and always had a good experience. Thank you Fox for your patience with us ;)

I was crossing near cool
Crab cove and a boconcept car barely slowed down while i was crossing. Then did not make a complete stop to turn as i stepped onto the sidewalk.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with FOX!! He told the delivery is projected to mid July when I decided to purchase a dining table. I made the contract on 5/29 and the confirmation sheet has Aug 25 as estimated delivery. Fox did NOT mention a word about the delivery change and I still thought it would be mid July until I took a closer look of the confirmation after a week.

I emailed Fox asking about the delivery estimates, he did not reply for days, so I visited store and he told the delivery is now projected first week of September and said the loaner dining table is ~$150 if I want.
HAHA!! How frustrating is it?!!!
Of course I didn’t want to pay and told I would just keep waiting, trying to understand in this whole pandemic world.

On 8/29 I emailed Fox asking if the delivery is still first week of September and asked when I get charged for the second half due. He replied it is still on track and expected to arrived in the warehouse on 9/1 but did not give any detail of the actual delivery date or when my second due is charged.
After a week I emailed him again for the same question I had but he still did not reply.
I called the store today, 3 days after my last email, Fox told the delivery got pushed back again and now it’s arriving to warehouse on 9/22 saying it’s out of his control.

Ever since I ordered my item in May, this whole communication / tracking experience with Fox has been JUST VERY ANNOYING AND FRUSTRATING!
He is SUPER BEHIND, LAZY AND UNPROFESSIONAL which makes me put in extra efforts to get in touch to get updates of my order.

I bought the table just because of what he said, MID JULY, which was faster than other brand’s furniture I was debating on.

I had gotten rid of my old dining table in July expecting to receive my item as scheduled and it has been 2 months now for my family to be without a dining table.

THANK YOU BOCONCEPT AND FOX FOR MAKING MY LIFE SO MUCH DIFFICULT!!!!!
