Hilldrup crushed our military PCS move. Their team loading/unloading our truck did an outstanding job. Roberto Samosa and his team took great care prepping our residences at both locations. ZERO dents/dings/scratches on walls/drywall, anything! They covered the floors/carpet…they did a great job! They loaded and unloaded very efficiently…HIGHLY satisfied! We’ve done 6 PCS moves…this was, BY FAR, the best!

I can not recommend my experience with only five stars for Hilldrup. I would give them 10 ⭐. Maria, my project manager, and the moving crew led by Roberto provided top notch customer service. From start to finish on the day of packing and the move in to Richmond, Roberto and his team ensured my experience was seamless. They communicated so well and helped me navigate an unexpected challenge. They were efficient and made what can be a stressful experience not so. I called them my angels. I would not interview another company. Just go straight to Hilldrup. I am so grateful I did!

Francisco and his crew did an amazing job packing, moving and unpacking the apartment. Very professional and super helpful. We had absolutely no issues. Thanks guys.

Our crew arrived at 8:15 am sharp and had us all packed and unloaded at our new place by 12:45. They were very efficient, gentle with our belongings and we would certainly use Hilldrup again!

We had a split move with inventory going to company storage and inventory to temporary housing; then 6 months later it was all moved to our permanent resident. Hilldrup handled it all with efficiency and care. The crew teams involved were excellent as was our moving coordinator.

The crew was awesome and very professional. They were also quite pleasant and they made the whole experience very easy. They were on time and they packed everything properly. I was very pleased.

The movers to whom Hilldrup subcontracted my delivery did a great job. They brought everything to the right room and unpacked what they were supposed to unpack, and they did so in a timely manner. I think they discarded an unused Apple AirTag with the packing material, but I’m hopeful my relocation company will compensate me for it when I file my claim.

Hilldrup moving was outstanding during our delivery of our property during our move to Va. The 3 person team was professional, hard working and efficient. They worked together to get us done in a short period of time. They were respectful of our new home and did everything they could to protect the stairs, walls and doors while delivering our goods. I’d highly recommend them for your next move.

The packing team leaded by Mr. Juan Galves did an outstanding job. They were on time and brought all the packing material needed for the job. They were very courteous, clean, professional and super fast. They worked non-stop in a very organized manner. I was amazed at the extra care they put in handling fragile items. I highly recommend Galves’ team. And I encourage Hilldrup to keep contracting Mr. Galves’ services for the years to come.

From the initial call for an estimate, throughout the entire process, Hilldrup staffers were friendly and helpful. Pete estimated our items and total weight nearly exactly, and quoted a price that was both fair and firm — we had no surprises later on.

We are thankful to Arturo and his team, (Paulo, Freddy, and Charlie). They were efficient and hardworking, but also friendly, polite, flexible, and respectful of our belongings.

Last, but never least, our move coordinator, Maria, is simply amazing! Way beyond just scheduling dates and tasks, Maria checked in with me frequently to ensure I was always fully informed and reassured throughout the initial contract signing until her final follow up call a week or more after our move was complete! She always had time for us. We never felt abandoned or forgotten.

I would not hesitate to hire Hilldrup again and do highly recommend their moving services.

Hildrup provided excellent service. Communication prior to packing was outstanding. The crew arrived on time and had a great attitude all day! They were diligent and caring with my personal belongings and very personable. This was probably the best crew for moving I’ve ever had. I’m so grateful for the excellent service!

Raul and the team were highly organized and worked very hard. They took care of each detail in both insurance paperwork and packing. The care and attention they had when packing every one of our items was impressive. Raul even spent a lot of time listening to our questions and making us feel comfortable. If you want to move with the best, move with Raul at Hilldrup. I was shocked at how great they were.
