I had an email showing that a package was delivered. I did not see a package. I called the Morrow Post Office and talked with Craig. After stating the tracking number, he said it was delivered to the wrong address. He said he would send someone to get it and drop it off to me. I'm not kidding 5 minutes later, there was a knock at the door and I had my package. Now that's how to correct a mistake!

After reading some of the other reviews I thought I might be in for some pure “horror” but my experience w/ this USPS was awesome! The gentleman that assisted me was both professional and very helpful. He took care of my needs in less than 5 minutes and I was on my way. Don’t use “Google Maps” though as it will deliver you to an apartment complex. Google “Family Dollar” in Morrow off of Pike St and this USPS is in that same shopping center.

The young Spanish girl named Madeline, was very polite and helpful! My favorite post office to go to!

I placed mail in my mailbox (with the red flag up) for pick up last Saturday but the mail truck went right past my house and didn't bother to stop to pick it up. A lot of time I don't receive mail for days then all of a sudden I have a stack in there. I usually receive someone else's mail every other week. I usually handle my own mail at the post office but I wasn't going out and about on that specific day.

It’s crazy how bafflingly bad the post office is. I had an amazon package that was shipped through them and it said it was going to be delivered on Veterans Day (usps doesn’t deliver on federal holidays) on Veterans Day it was marked as delivered and never received it. Reached out to the post office and they said it was misdelivered and they said they would recover it that day and deliver it as soon as possible. Haven’t heard back and don’t expect to. This isn’t even the first time they’ve screwed up. They always seem to mess up deliveries.

If I could give it no stars I would. The bearded man behind the counter refused to give me a receipt for the package I was sending. Told him I needed a receipt because the item was expensive. Still refused. I said , I’ll take my package to another post office . He said, “Good luck with that”. Absolutely, menacing in his demeanor.

I had my packages weight checked to ensure they met the shipping criteria I had paid for online. The guy working said they weighed too much and charged me extra. It turns out they weighed only 2lbs each when I had coverage up to 5lbs each! Then he didn't even bother to check the shipping label on each of them. He just sent them to the same address, so I had to refund someone. I lost a lot of money due to this jerk! I will NEVER go to this post office again.

I CONSTANTLY have problems with this post office!! Cramming stuff in mailbox to the point of breaking, tearing, or bending. Had to get an over sized mailbox to stop this. Today was the topper. UPSP tracker showed a package was coming to my house. It arrived at Morrow OH post office at 512 AM. The next entry showing arriving in at Indiana distribution center at 641 AM. Indiana location had to ship it back to Morrow at 840 AM. REALLY? POSTMASTER NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!

The mail carrier for our development routinely skips areas to deliver mail. I only received mail once during the month of April 2020. I was missing my mail-order medicine, important employment documents and my mail-in ballot.

The guy that is at the front counter doesn't like his job! Very rude and will not look for packages. Had a friend lost keys and had an extra set mailed. They came in and wouldn't pull package he said it would be delivered the following day!

I left my mail for pick up in my box with the flag up and they put my flag down and threw the mail on top of the outgoing mail and left it so l had to take it myself anyway. Poor customer service and didn't do your job.

From USPS at 2PM today.
"Carrier is unable to gain access to front door to deliver the package. Please contact the carrier to resolve... "
Didn't stop the other carrier from making his delivery.

Lived here for a little over three years now I’m Mesa Morrow Mill Grove Road and I’ve already called the post office couple times and spoke to the postmaster once about the delivery drivers problems he keeps leaving my packages on the mailbox and below the mailbox and I was actually several times on my way to the mailbox when I seen him there to get my packages and my letters and he just throws them on the ground and drives off looks right at me and Dreiser he is the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life he really honestly does not need to be a Mail driver

Incorrect address in Google Maps. This is an apartment complex. The Lebanon post office is at 230 New St

Awful customer service. Employee literally criticized me to another employee as he was walking towards me to help me.
