We met Charlie Ramatici and his lovely wife Kimberly as we were dining at a local Carmichael restaurant one evening. After getting to know each other, we learned that Charlie had been arranging real estate debt and equity for a very long time. We were considering pulling some capital out of one of our rental properties and asked Charlie if he could help.
