Been coming here over a year to pick up my Dad’s medicine. I really love the front desk guy who is always helpful and friendly. The team is always busy & working hard!! Love coming here ☺

Staff is dedicated to getting you the best price. Anchor helped me get a coupon when my usual pharmacy wanted me to pay much more out of pocket. The staff showed that they could be flexible and earned another customer.

I always receive my delivered medication accurately and on time. The customer service is excellent. They go out of their way to get approvals for medications from insurance companies.

I have been using this pharmacy now for a few months and they are absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable and apply coupons they find on medications to assist with costs. They stay in contact on autofill medications and are VERY timely with responses and refills. Like I said, AMAZING!!

I don’t know what magic they worked, but they took a $1,500 prescription that my insurance was refusing to cover, got it covered, and used mfg coupons to bring it to $0 out of pocket for me. Without me lifting a finger. I’m so glad my doctor sent me their direction!

I love how diligent, helpful and friendly the customer service pharmacists are in Anchor Plus Pharmacy in Duluth GA. Especially the ladies and gentlemen who can speak fluent English and Mandarin to support the patient like me smoothly and very efficiently. Today Melody (hope I spell her name right) helped me with the option on the Pharmacy Prescription transfer for my coming move to other state. She also provided me the very detailed instructions and information on how to do that. I am really expressed the way they are working hard and do their best to help out the patients! They are the sweet angels in my eyes!

This was the first time I used Anchor Plus Pharmacy and I am very pleased with the patient, kind and professional service of their staff. They helped me sort out various insurance questions and followed up quickly. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful, and I highly recommend using their services. Great customer service. I kept getting the run around from my grocery store pharmacy about accepting the drug company loyalty cards. I got so frustrated with being asked for $300 plus copayments so I asked my doctor for help. He recommended Anchor Plus and he wasn't wrong. My highest copay is now $30 for the same prescription my local grocery store wanted $350 to fill. I have another prescription with a different loyalty program that the grocery store wanted $180 to fill. I'm getting it for $30 too. Switch to Anchor Plus and save yourself money and poor treatment.

If you have heard of this pharmacy for the first time or come to this pharmacy, I want to tell you what I feel here, when I came to this city for the first time, everything is strange and new to me, when my family doctor I wrote my prescription to this pharmacy. I can’t talk to the pharmacist in the local language normally, but what surprised me was that the pharmacy felt my confusion. I invited a pharmacist who can communicate with me in Chinese. , I immediately eliminated the obstacles. The pharmacist explained to me the medication matters and the issues that need attention very patiently. Especially if it is not convenient to take the medicine every time, they can arrange the delivery of the medicine. It is so convenient. I thought I didn’t know how to take medicine every month to make it so convenient and timely. Here is a pharmacist who can speak Chinese and is very enthusiastic and willing to help every one. She will let you have no strangers here. Feeling, everything can be assured to her, she will help you do everything. I have deeply witnessed that this is a very professional, very dedicated and very enthusiastic. A professional team with good service. I will remember you, thank you again, and bless you.

Easy to work with, and they had my hard-to-find medication,

"Anchor Plus" is very helpful. I ran into an insurance problem last week, when I was calling their branch at Duluth (Georgia) for prescription filling. Their assistants kindly offered a good solution and quickly resolved the problem. They are very friendly, skillful, and knowledgeable. I feel that they care and understand their customers. Besides, they provide multi-language services facing a wider range of customers.

Truly an amazing experience. They have, not only put hours in over many days negotiating with the insurance company, but was utterly atenttive to my extreme number of phone calls and texts'.
There is clearly a genuine desire to do what is best for the patient.
They came highly recommended by my doctor and I now see why.

Great customer service and most importantly, they were able to get my medication at an affordable copay (typically zero). Best pharmacy hands down.

With Insurance my regular Pharmacy was charging $573.00, because I hadn't met my out of pocket expense, but met my yearly deductible. Lol.
