Kendra Jones deserves a 10/10 for helping me close my first investment deal. She has many resources, great communication skills and was great at keeping up all on track to close. She had a quick response time, always answered my phone calls and when my first lender fell through she helped me find a new one ASAP! I couldn’t have closed without her. Good job Kendra 🙌🏼

We would use Garcia Realty in a heartbeat!!! Jeff Slodowitz was great at handing problems timely and efficiently. He is not like other property managers, he was honest and helpful the entire time. He was always there for any questions or concerns. Any maintenance issues were fixed immediately the very next day. When our air conditioner broke down during 90-100 degree weather, we sent him an email, and the very next morning he had someone there to fix it! He was always available for ANYTHING! Do yourself a favor and use Garcia Realty, ask for Jeff or his wife! They are awesome! Thank you guys again for everything!

Wouldn’t recommend renting through this company. Terrible communication

I wish I could tell everyone to run clear of JEFF . He is a thief. My Wife is disabled, I believe that it was a large factor, on this disrespect of disabled people. He steals from property owners and tenants, by breaking plumbing on "so called inspections" then charge the home owners to repair the plumbing. Then say they will clean the gutters and then you look and parts are missing. And he flat out LIES. They tell us to stop cleaning upon move-out. Then charged us over $1400.00
We paid them rent for over 7 and a half years. Always let them inspect the home, when they requested. we fixxed and repaired and maintained the home and fixxed issues from the previous tenants. There is no excuse for his actions

There are a lot of good realtors in Sacramento, but this is not one.
One bad apple, WILL spoil the bunch.

How dare you try to play on someone's misfortune. It shows the caliber of the person.
We paid every month and paid the last months rent. Jeff stated that "there would be no issue with returning the full depot, you have been here over 5 years". My Wife was scrubbing the home and cleaning all the mirrors, Rosanna told my Wife to "Stop cleaning, you have done enough".
Now he wants to charge over $1400.00
PLEASE RUN AWAY!
Now a month later, found out that they ran up my electric bill up over $400.
What a bunch of losers. Like I said:
