Hop Tree Brewing

We had a large party and enjoyed everything from the atmosphere, food and drinks. Bridget was amazing and kept up with our table all night. The appetizers were perfect and everyone loved them. The Strawberry cider was AMAZING and probably our tables most ordered drink. I'm pretty sure we had almost every beer and drink on the menu. I loved the laid back atmosphere. We will definitely be going back and you should too!

Absolutely love this place more each time we go! We had a party of 13 last night, staff-Bridgett was so attentive and organized. The food, everything is so delicious, had the wings, sliders, potatoes, and hummus-out of this world. It’s beautiful inside, so close to home is a huge plus. We had just about every tap last night and such quality in their beers.

First visit tonight and would definitely come back. Group of 13, always had drinks. Staff (Bridget was awesome)was attentive and checked on us often. Quite a few gluten free options for me. I had the wings and potato pancakes, would get again. They had live music also which added to the nice atmosphere.

This was my first time visiting the Hop Tree Brewery and I really enjoyed myself there. My Family reserved one of their back rooms to hold a surprise birthday party for our mother’s 80th birthday, the Hop Tree Brewery catered the food themselves, they offered us Italian Sausage, Sautéed Chicken Breast, Meatloaf and Pork Sliders and Salad. The food was all very good and didn’t taste like it was cooked in bulk like I’ve experienced with some other catered food. During their open hours there is a restaurant and bar, I didn’t see one of their menus but I witnessed some dishes being delivered to customers in the restaurant area and from what I saw the food looked amazing, also a family member of mine had eaten there a few times and she raved about how good the food is. There is a large bar in the bar area, there’s big comfy couches and chairs in the roomy and airy lounge room, it’s very comfortable and gives off the vibe of “relax & chill”. While this is a lounge and restaurant establishment the bar and restaurant are connected but has the feeling of being separated so it’s a good place to take the entire family to dinner without the atmosphere of a lounge, it’s also a great place to take a date to or hang out with friends, it’s just an overall great place! Since this establishment is an authentic working brewery they have the large beer menu you would expect a brewery to offer, I’m not a big beer drinker any longer but since I was there I figured that I would sample some of their brews, and the few that I drank tasted great, they definitely perfected their craft. The Hop Tree Brewery is a place that I highly recommend, if your looking for somewhere new to eat or need a unique place to take your date for dinner and drinks this is the place to check out, you won’t regret your decision.

My new favorite brewery! The atmosphere, the drinks, THE FOOD! even the soap in the restroom! Boardgames, flexible seating from; the bar, booths, tables, and even couches. The mead is amazing! I will absolutely be back!! Also the prices are great!

Music Trivia on Fridays with Nox are so much fun! Pretzels (especially with chive butter) and Keg tots are great appetizers to go with the trivia.

Also - all the beers and drinks we've had have been great. The Strawberry Magic from Ciderboys is the guest tap currently and a delicious cider.

This gem is tucked away behind some industrial businesses. The restaurant is huge and so is the bar area. There's also a patio area outside. The staff is friendly, quick and knowledgeable about all the beers and meads they serve. The food is spectacular! Pictured: The Bent Tree Brown beer, mead, the seasonal flatbread, the pretzel with beer cheese and an onion cream cheese spread, and a slice of pumpkin cheesecake. I will definitely frequent this place!

We had a party of 8 and Miranda kept up with the table orders all night and was able to assist with ordering the different beers. The food was great and the beer cold. Would definately recommend .

The people there are so friendly and the atmosphere is very laid back and relaxing. They have booths, chairs, couches and a window to see the entire brewing process. It's a great place for the whole family even and I would highly recommend trying to food, there is an array from gluten free, vegan, vegetarian and they do sell meat as well. It would be a great place to host any upscale event.

We’re in town for the first time in over 2 years for only a week and we had to make sure we stop by for dinner at HopTree! I like to refer to this place as Hudson’s hidden gem! The beer is fantastic, the food is phenomenal, the people are wonderful, and our experience is always amazing. My husband and I have been searching for a quality pretzel with beer cheese ever since we moved away and I promise, NOTHING compares to the HopTree pretzel dipped in the chive butter & beer cheese (do both at the same time, thank me later). Seriously if you’re looking for great food, great beer and great people, HOPTREE BREWING IS THE PLACE TO BE!

A friendly spot back in a little industrial park. Very relaxed vibe. The beers were all above average and some were really great (Family Jewels NE IPA). We didn't eat, but the menu looked really good, with a slant toward German food.

My server was very attentive and the food was AMAZING! They also have a wide beer selection and the server was very knowledgeable about the flavor of each beer.

Came for the food, stayed for Knox's music trivia. Was a really fun game didn't expect it. Great way to spend a friday night.

The Sylvan Dread beer and the sweet potato cheesecake (it’s a specialty dessert, you have to ask for it) are both excellent!! Would recommend.

Always a comfortable atmosphere. They have expanded their menu and all selections are very good. There is always a great craft selection to compliment the food. The caramel pecan cheese cake is out of this world.

The atmosphere and service was great! Our server Bridget was wonderful and made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

We come here at least every month. Food and beer are great. Fun on Friday nights with trivia.
