MiraCosta College Bookstore - Oceanside Campus

Parking lot just beside the Student services and MiraCosta College bookstore. Beautiful campus and extremely helpful and kindhearted people work here. From the admin to the staff and the educators, everything about this place is magical.

They say College is a place where dreams can come true. This is a college that helps students build their dreams. Whatever those dreams may be. And if there isn’t a path, they will help support you as you blaze your own trail to new heights of personal and professional development.

The materials are affordable. The people are outwardly friendly and unbelievably generous with time and commitment to their students. The campus is beautiful and welcoming. The class sizes are intimate and allow for the students to make real connections with their classmates and teachers.

MiraCosta goes out of the way to be a central figure in the community’s culture, social interactions and path to higher education. I’m a lifelong Advocate for the many benefits and opportunities provided by and through MiraCosta College.

This school is great there's so many options to go back to school they have so many resources

The bookstore has a good layout and books are organized by subject and class section. That makes it easy to get what you need. They sale and rent textbooks. You are even allowed to highlight (not excessive) rented books. There is a buyback program. If you can't afford to rent or buy, MiraCosta has a book loan program. Books are not available for all classes but it is a large selection of commonly needed classes. The application is available online or you can inquire there about where to get more information. They stock scantrons, notebooks, etc. Clothes with the school logo are available at a reasonable price. Most importantly, the staff is super helpful and patient.

As a student if you are vaccinated you get a $300 credit to spend at their bookstore. I thought that was a pretty good deal. Got myself a new Chromebook.

I have a career and a degree, but that does not mean that one should stop learning. As a lifelong learner, I love this college. I have taken classes for Yoga Certifications, Excel, Kinesiology, to Taxes.

I always enjoy looking at the course offerings at the beginning of the semester. This school is well run with top notch Instructors to admin staff.

There was a little snaf-fu of a required Tax book, this semester, but Kim H. from the bookstore was on it and fixed the problem. She was professional and efficient.

MiraCosta is the best, whether you are starting your academic career or just want to take classes for fun, like me. Thank you!

The book store team are amazing people. Knowledgeable about item locations which make it super fast to get your things and get going. They'll go above and beyond to help.

This school has great programs for new students. They have a Bachelor's program in biotechnology.

If you can, buy your books here. They're staff is SUPER helpful and accommodating, not to mention their prices are generally better.

Nice selection of textbooks for Miracosta students. Also has many school supplies and college apparel for everyone.
