We’ve bought and sold a handful of houses over the years. We sold our last home through Zak Realty and it was hands down the best experience. Nancy was amazing from start to finish. Answered all of our questions and concerns and made the selling process a dream. 10/10 recommend!!!

Nancy sold two properties for us this year. We had an accepted offer for the house in less than 24 hours from listing! She made suggestions on staging that made sense and helped the sale.
She also sold a commercial property for us and we got more than we thought we would. She helped us deal with a counter offer and kept us advised during the whole process. And the best part is her positive, happy attitude. She gives 110% to everyone.

The best

We went in to check out a restaurant they had listed. We were told the rest. owner wouldn't show it without a pre-approval from a bank. I tried to find out what I could but was told to call if we had any 'actual' questions. I called back but could not get an answer. I sent an article about why pre-approvals for commercial property didn't exist, still no response. We had just purchased commercial property from ReMax and had a far more professional experience. We will never go back to Zak's.
