McDonald's

The staff has always been friendly and good humored when I have stopped at this location. The drive through experience is quick and straightforward. Similarly, when inside ordering is fast and simple with welcome employees. I can’t ever recall receiving an incorrect order, or ever having an unnatural wait before receiving my food here. Clean parking lot, dining, and bathrooms.

I don’t ever leave reviews but I was just in the drive-thru about an hour ago and I am very satisfied with my experience. I was greeted and treated with upmost kindness by a couple of young workers at the window. They were very funny and lively. I am also very appreciative of the cook, I usually order extra pickles and I am given maybe 1 or 2 more, but with this order I was given much more which is what I wanted. I did however get the wrong drink but my experience was that great that I didn’t even mind one bit. I had told them and the woman was very understanding, she offered to get me my original drink but I refused and took the drink anyway. It wasn’t an issue at all as they were also very busy which I understand why the mistake had happened and I had a very modified/complicated order. Compared to my other experiences here, this had to have been my best one.

McDonald's always is a hit.. especially when in a pinch. Wish they still had grilled chicken options but that's ok, the crispy was delicious.

On our way out of town, my husband and I went to Ironwood McDonald’s this morning for the first time. We went through the drive-thru and what a happy experience it was. The ladies at the windows were extremely pleasant and friendly. Thank you so much for starting off our day and trip on such a happy note. Larry &Tracy

I would say that 99% of the time you can expect fast service, and hot food at McDonald's, and this McDonald's was no different....always a pleasure with great staff

This location is fantastic! Very friendly staff and the best food I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s location. I wish the Ashland staff were this nice and actually cared about their job instead of being rude, harassing customers and violating health code. 100/10

A real comfortable environment, my food is always right, I love the staff and it's probably the only one I go to and it's not the closest McDonald's around the way.

Consistently best sweet tea in Ashland, bar none. Very polite staff.

Thank you for having WiFi! We traveled 37 miles to watch a church service online. We bought breakfast, then went out to our car and watched the service. Your staff was wonderful & efficient.

I dont like McDonald's but I was really hungry and this place made me feel like the McDonald's I used to know. The food even tasted good. Good staff thank you.

I love this McDonald's. They just remodeled earlier this year, and it looks great! Inside it's warm and welcoming, yet clean and modern. The service is almost always fast and correct. I've been going here regularly for over 2 years and they've gotten my complicated orders right 9 out of every 10 times.

Best quarter pounder me and my passenger have gotten from McDonald's and many years! Fry's still need improvement. What happened to the fries the way they used to be? Needs more salt and ketchup where is the ketchup?

This McDonalds was under staffed the other morning the woman who served us was still in good spirits even though she was overwhelmed. They got my order right and did it quickly.

This is about the hours they have posted.. I'm on my way to work at 4:30 went to the drive thru no one answered the intercom. There were a couple of cars there and the drive thru lights were on and so were the kitchen lights. The post says they open at 4:00 am so where were they? Very disappointed. I do want to say the food is good.

This part is about one of the new morning guys I don't know his name, younger, big guy, dark blond curly hair, earrings in his nose this guy is very rude and he has been rude more than once to me. There is another guy that also works mornings , Shane is his name he is really nice you need more like him and Melissa who used to work mornings and you'd have happier customers.

Fun new but old look Mcdonalds. Great service
