Quality Inn

Great experience here this past weekend and had very relaxed and positive staff to accommodate. The hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing as well. Only disadvantage was a few loose plugs in the room but luckily the microwave had extra plugs which was interesting but it did put a smile on my face.

Older motel but nice and clean with a friendly and helpful staff. TV was a little small and could use some USB chargers.

Great hotel and location for so much to see and do. The staff worked with us when we had vehicle problems and they were friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Clean hotel with everything you need. The only complaint is breakfast didn't start until 6:30 whereas every other Quality Inn we've stayed at started breakfast at 6:00. This was inconvenient being we needed to be on the road early. But they did have coffee availabke!

The room was clean and comfortable! The pool and hot tub were open until midnight- that was great! Love kids it was a relief they were tucked in their beds! Momma could enjoy like an adult 😄

Very nice, if basic, hotel in Ironwood.
It was spotlessly clean, the AC worked great, beds were comfy, nice chairs.
Nothing whatsoever to complain about.

I stayed here lasted night, this place has some of the nicest people I've every meant. They were warm and welcoming, I will definitely come back whenever I have the option.

Excellent place to stay. We stopped recently after a long day in the car on a hot day. Check in was easy and quick. We had an issue with our AC not working. Kara?, the woman working the front desk came up personally to check it out. She readjusted the AC and asked us to call in half an hour if it wasn't working. She called us in about 25 minutes. It was still not working. She brought us keys to a different room that she had turned the AC on when she came up to check earlier. The room was right across the hall, chilled and comfortable. Her response was perfect and her attitude was incredible. The morning crew was pleasant especially the woman working the breakfast area. She was awesome. She prepared a tray for me to carry food up to our room. She stacked everything to make it easy to carry and keep it warm. Very thoughtful and pleasant. The hotel was clean an comfortable which we expected. The staff's attitude, level of service and positivity was memorable and will get me to come back.

We spent 4 nights there as our base to check out the Porcupine Mountains and many waterfalls. Very quiet and comfortable. A wonderful lady is at the morning breakfast offering a hot breakfast. Not many doing this due to the covid issues so this was a pleasant surprise. Would highly recommend this for your stay.

Staff were very friendly and greeted us with smiles and offering to answer any questions we had. Front desk staff asked us daily how are day was and if there was anything they could do. House keeping staff were amazing as well, and the staff member that prepared our morning breakfast was just awesome. I would definitely stay here again.

Lisa was great!! She recognized I was a Choice member and helped me with ground floor room and food options. Very clean room and secure access to room and hotel. (meaning the doors shut tight and room keys opened them) Wish I could have stayed for breakfast; Lisa made it sound very accommodating.

We stayed here during a trip to deliver a truck, I unfortunately got injured and had to go to the hospital. When we returned from the hospital, the staff was so caring and took care of us like family, never been treated so good. They let us stay over until 3 so we could rest and made sure we ate dinner. I’d give them 100 stars if possible. Great staff, and courtesy. Thank you to those who helped us during our trip, and we look forward to coming and staying again some day.

This hotel exceeded expectations. For a “2-star” hotel in the UP, they knocked it out of the park. It was very clean, beds/pillows were comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Lisa at the front desk was super friendly! Room is clean and cozy, has a fridge and microwave and i love the coffee maker in the room because I'm a bit of a coffee addict. If we ever have a need for a hotel in this area again then we will definitely be coming back to this one!

My stay here was great, room was clean and the hotel staff could not have been more pleasant. They are even going above and beyond with Covid restrictions by offering take to your room hot breakfast made to order. Excellent for snowmobilers; trail picks up only 3 blocks away.

This place is awesome!!!. Love the decor. Has indoor pool. The employees are the greatest. Went out of their way to accommodate us. They were pleasant and helpful. We had planned to stay one night but stayed two it was so nice.

Very nice hotel, close to hiking and natural areas while still close to shops and restaurants. The staff are all very pleasant to work with! The breakfast bar is extensive and stocked with good food. Thanks for a great stay!

Great water pressure, clean rooms, hot tub jet is weak, Ac in room works well, breakfast was good had tons of options. Over all great experience here. Was worth the price and the stay.

Excellence stay! Swim in the pool sat in the hot tub, the ladies working the front desk and cleaned our room where super nice and helpful. For being a free breakfast it was pretty good all the basics were there.
I've stated a few hotels around there this one is my favorite, I definitely recommend it!!!

Beds were a little hard for our taste but we slept well enough. Easy to find this property and navigate to the room. Didn’t stay for breakfast but looked like quite the spread. Would stay here again if passing through Ironwood - low cost and comfortable.
