Not sure if it is a recent management change or new staff, but lately the food quality and customer service has been A++! Keep up the great work!

Clean inside and out! Restrooms clean. I did have to wait about 4 minutes for the employee to take my order inside,even though nobody was inside the dining area. Still deserves 5stars Hot freshly made food. I had the power bowl....delicious!

We went really late and thought they were closed. Not only did they still make our food, but the girl helping was really sweet. The food was hot, fresh, made correctly. We were given sauce and napkins. Exceptional service especially for the time!

Latasha is very nice & a sweet lady very polite she works at Taco Bell on grand & gravois food always fresh & gud just like I like it 😀😀😊

Ordered online and went through the drive thru to pick up. It was extremely fast and smooth and the person at the window was SO NICE. Incredible customer service.

If you are a sweet tea drinker, this is the place!

The only thing I would do differently here is the furniture, specifically, seating.

Love the mobile app, highly recommend utilizing it. It cuts down on the wait time.

Very fast service and they came out several times to make sure we had everything we needed.

The woman speaking to us on the drive thru intercom was so pleasant that I thought she was a computer at first.
I typically go to the Taco Bell on Grand or the one on Kingshighway, because those locations are closest to my house, but those experiences have always been not so great.
It was a thrilling treat to have our orders taken by someone with such a positive attitude, it's not something I see too much of these days.
The food at this location was also of better quality than what I am used to. If you want a late night snack, have the afternoon munchies, or are just looking for a quick bite and you don't want sour lettuce or rude cashiers taking your order, this Taco Bell location is the place to go.

This has to be one of only two locations in St Louis I trust to do me right. They keep the drivr through MOVING. Food was correct and warm (seems to be a common problem elsewhere these days). My compliments to the staff for being so polite and friendly

Ordered through the app for pick up. A little bit of a wait for my food to be completely ready (but it was during lunchtime). Quick and easy process and staff was friendly!

Fast and our order is always correct

This is by far the best location in a 10 mile radius.

Had a short wait in the drive-thru, but that should be expected when ordering from a decent burger place.

The drive up window cashier was polite and well spoken. That is not always the case in a drive through. My food was ready quickly, and was good. The only complaint about this restaurant is the traffic makes it difficult to exit.

The man (tall with tattoos) working drive thru on 3-16-2022 at 1:30pm is a top tier, 10/10 human being. I had a terrible day at work. And he made one little comment and it honestly has made my day and the first time I had smiled all day. So thank you. I wish I would have seen what your name was.

Oh also, food was good too.

Out later with the kiddos, stopped for quick food. Took longer than usual (only two employees) which is why the 5 stars. The two young men working tonight and were awesome and super courteous. I will be calling to praise there service to management in the morning. Thank you!

They are always accurate, efficient, & friendly. Sometimes the parking lot is dark and it looks like they are closed but just pull up to the drive through.

Best Taco Bell I've found in St. Louis city. They're always reasonably fast (considering the traffic at this location) and everyone working there is nice as heck. It's really convenient and close to Hwy 55, and their drive thru times aren't too bad, honestly. I will go out of my way to visit this location.

I really wish they'd hire people that actually wanted to do their job and interact with other humans because most of the time the works are so incredibly rude it makes it seem like they are being inconvenienced by you even being there let alone wanted them to do their job
