I recently purchased insurance through State Farm Agent Scott Lord. Not only did I save money on my homeowners and car insurance, but my coverage was significantly greater. The customer service is second to none. I love having an office I can call and directly speak with an agent. Recently I was involved in a car accident. This office handled my claim with such professionalism and expediency I would NEVER EVER consider any one else for my insurance needs again!

Any time I had question they took care of me

1st - Wrong address on google for his business. To lazy to update it.
2nd - Up front desk customer service rep. is not knowledgeable, never got back with quote.
3rd - Called multiple times and went with another agent.
4th - Also not very personable considering other review on here.
LAST - DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE OR GIVE BUSINESS TO THIS BUSINESS

Lots of other reason to go on but I honestly do not have to energy to put up with this guys negligence or irresponsibility!
