Dr. Pio is kind, caring, smart, responsive, non-judgmental, efficient, and has a warm bedside manner.

24 hour pharmacy in the main Kaiser facility. Bear in mind there is a handful of pharmacies in and around the Kaiser campus. Where this is marked on Google is close to the 24 hr facility. You'll want to enter through the "main building" the one with it's own driveway. Ask someone to be sure.

The fact it's 24 hours is a real benefit, especially if you have odd work hours, or simply want to go when the LA traffic is minimal. I like picking up whatever refill I might have at this facility.

Very unfriendly drop off desk staff. Not well supplied. It's located inside the hospital.

pretty nice employees here. Issue is that the line is not clear. You need to check in at one place and then pick up at another place.

This rating for fluctuates between 3 and 4 stars. The wait time is unpredictable; from 10 min. to to 40 min. YOU MUST CALL YOUR RX IN AND THEN CALL BACK TO BE SURE IT'S BEEN FILLED. MANY TIMES .. NOT FILLED...MORE WAITING. STAFF IS GOOD AT 4700 SUNSET VS. 4900. LOTS OF ATTITUDE AND IMPATIENT STAFF... UNION PROTECTION MAKES SOME A TAD UNAPOLOGETIC AND GIVE 'MOVE IT ALONG' VIBE.

I visited my Grandpa today for the first time (Monday, Dec 19,2022) they are understaffed and the guy who was doing the dialysis was kind a rude and he had no name tag or any form of I.D. which I find unprofessional. I will update my review as we progress.
