YUM!! The Kneadery is a quaint, charming restaurant serving breakfast and lunch in the heart of Ketchum. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our meals and agreed it was some of the best we had in the area!

We began with fresh coffee ($3.75 for unlimited refills), which is restaurant’s special breakfast blend. It’s rich, bold with a hint of chocolate. With a little cream and sugar, I enjoyed it so much I probably had about three cups.

For food, we bellied up to a half order of the aptly named “Famous Kneadery Benedict” (poached eggs with sliced Canadian bacon on a grilled Thomas’ English muffin, generously topped with special homemade hollandaise sauce. Served with golden hash browns & choice of toast, $11.75 [$14.75 for a full order]). The entire spread slapped - the hollandaise was delishhh! Buttery, tangy and velvety goodness that intensified the dish’s overall delivery. It’s no wonder why this dish is so popular!

We also ordered the “Ultimate Belgian Waffle” ($10.75) with 4 slices of thick-cut bacon (+$5.50) and 2 eggs scrambled (+$2.25 each). Lord, the waffle was perfectly golden and fluffffffyyy! The bacon was fantastic! - it really was the thick, juicy kind that’s actually worth a damn.

I found prices to be very reasonable, considering the atmosphere of the entire town. The entire bill before the tip was only ~$41.00. For two very hungry tummies that are used to paying $80+ for a full sized meal in these parts, this is one hell of a steal.

Overall, this is a fantastic restaurant. The breakfast is I’ll love to come to try their lunch menu! Totally recommend!

The Kneadery has delicious food and great service. This local place has well-priced food. I took my daughter while her brother was at ski team and we had a lovely brunch.

The breakfast special today was one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. I never expected to say that black beans were life changing, but these were fantastic. Smoky flavor, with a well-seasoned and soft steak. The French toast was good, but it was no match for the special. We got into it so fast that I barely got a picture of it for reference. Our server, Diana, was so kind and helpful. 10/10 we will be back next time we are back in the area.

We try to hit this place at least once every time we’re in Sun valley. It’s probably the best breakfast in Sun Valley now that Perry’s is closed. We got a hot chocolate with whip cream. We also had eggs Benedict and some other stuff. The bacon was cooked to perfection. Everybody enjoyed their meals. Can’t wait to come back in July.

A must go breakfast spot in Sun Valley. We were blown away by their eggs Benedict. We strongly recommend both the Cowboy Benny (very tender shirt steak and a fun twist with the jalapeños) and the Eggs Benedict with smoked Idaho trout (subtle smokiness, feels very light). Finish it off with a warm, soft (and giant) cinnamon roll and you have yourself a very satisfying and memorable breakfast!

I was in the mood for an early afternoon breakfast and found The Kneadery. The bacon, eggs and hash browns were all well prepared and delicious. I also ordered French toast and it was superb - best I've ever had! It was served with caramelized chunks of pumpkin and apple, walnuts, pumpkin seeds and just the right amount of syrup and whipped cream - just outstanding! Highly recommended!

Stopped at The Kneadery on our way Ketchum on a Saturday morning. We did have to wait 35 minutes for our table, so beware if you are coming on the weekend.
(I viewed that as a good sign personally)
The server was polite and food came out quickly. We ordered the veggie eggs Benedict and the Kneadery omelet. Both were very good, but I thought the omelet was better. See photos. Would return.

Their smoothies are delish, even compared to your smoothie-only places. They are so refreshing! I love that they have guava avail since that's not avail everywhere. I also had one of their bacon egg and cheese croissants and it was very good. the croissant was literally the freshest croissant I've ever had in my life. It was so soft. I have also had their southwest salad & french dip which I also only have good things to say about! Will come again!

Came here for breakfast and it didn't disappoint. My wife loves restaurants like this with all sorts of crafty decorations and cozy outdoor eating in a small town. I got the southern omelet, she got the French toast and both were delicious. Will definitely come back when we get the chance.

I had breakfast at The Kneadery after a recommendation from a local. It was a great choice. The service was fast, pleasant, and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. The atmosphere of the place was also great. Loved the cabin look. Best of all the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this place.

Very cute and cozy! Was asked if I had a mask, but after explaining I had a pre existing medical condition preventing me from wearing a mask we were quickly seated. Service was good they brought water right away and coffee was strong and hot, just how I like my men.
Food was also in a timely manner even with an almost full dining room. Prices are a little high for the quality, it was better when I was here 6 years ago and worth the price. Wish they had a more homemade type of jam instead of packaged. But hashbrowns were nice and crispy.
Only one stall in the ladies room so they should just put a lock on the main door that says vacant or occupied. Server was very good at her job she seemed to attend all her customers and still made sure our coffees were full. Host took our bill after he saw it there for a bit which means their staff pays attention to it's customers needs. All in all a lovely experience would love to try more of their menu next time I'm here.

Worth the wait! Lovely local vibe, many recommendations to go here for breakfast. My cousin loves the BLT. We had breakfast & it was great. Coffee was also good! I had sausage patties and a homemade cinnamon roll - both were fabulous!
