Great great guy, wonderful business owner and 2 kids that work here. Will be my only stop for gas, snacks and chew.

I only know the Pho and Vet store there but I love it. The Pho is amazing at this location and the Vet is so nice as well as the ladies assisting the Vet. Everyone there is so kind and very sweet. Super friendly

There is a Thai restaurant there that I often visit. The food is great and the host/owner is amazing. If you have a request he will gladly try to make it happen. There used to be an all u can eat Thai lunch there before the Covid. I hope they will bring the AUCE back!!

Called 'Conveience' market cuz the stuff they sell is convenient for them to sell. Gall darn wall of all kinds of alcoholic beverages for your partying situations. And cigarettes, too. Soon they serve gasolinas por automobilas. No electrica por non gasolinas auto nor por Teslas. Air for your llantas but no llaves por your ignition. Lotto si but no lotto por ninas y ninos. No tacos y burrrrrrrrrrrritos. Leche y Monsters, si. Dos hermanos es muy bien. La puerto es abierto 8am to 11pm. Grocerienas necessecito.
So come on down and bring your g-tar & kick off your zapatos and pick up a straw and stay awhile. Yall come back you hear.

I went here to use the Chase ATM machine and discovered the 88 Ranch Market. Not the same as the larger 99 Ranch Market chain. Smaller selection of items in a much smaller store than the 99. Reminds me of when Seiwa Market in Costa Mesa first opened up. Give it time and it should grow.
