My son went today to sent express mail for me. I was working and he filed / submitted ,a very expense envelope out that was was not intended to be filed for the purpose . Once approaching the clerk .. he told me me she helped him fill the right envelope and didn’t charge him for the wrong filing one…THANK YOU !

Originally they said an item I ordered was unable to be delivered due to incorrect address. Thank you to the postal worker for attempting second delivery and dropping it off.

People usually leave feedback when they are unhappy, but I’ve always had a great experience at this location - prompt, friendly, and informative. I came shortly before 5 on 1/27/22 with a stack of envelopes that had to get a tracking option (read, I’d leave after 5) and Fatema has been most friendly and helpful to get it all processed. Thank you, thank you, for your hard work and friendly environment!

In and out quickly even during the holiday rush. Postal workers are pleasant and helpful. There's 3 self serve kiosks. Parking is a bit tricky but manageable.

The best post office I've ever been to. They meet you in the line and often take care of you from there, they always know the answers to questions and exactly how to handle your requests no matter how complex, and they are consistently friendly and helpful. I go there frequently living in Leesburg, so I'm surprised to see these negative reviews. Never a bad experience in the last four years, and often a great -- and fast -- transaction...

The staff at the Catoctin Post Office is always kind and helpful! They know their business well and always help me make the most cost-efficient choices in shipping. I appreciate their good cheer and kindness!

I called USPS asking when they would deliver a package to my apartment and whether or not they drop packages off at the door or in the mailbox or at the club house. I was not expecting a very detailed response; I was pleasantly surprised when the employee that I was talking to went out of her way to call the person who was going to deliver the package to my apartment to ask her when she would arrive in my complex. Thank you so much USPS! You guys made my day.

They are pretty well organized here and the line moves pretty quickly. One lady and I don't know her name always gives me a hard time but have not seen her here in awhile so maybe she finally got terminated.

I thought long line will give me a hard job waiting a while but there were 2 kiosk machine to do yourself. They even did for me and others, too basically they extended 2 more registers in there. Super fast and friendly!!!

usually usps people are bored of their work and impolite. Not this one. Helpful and friendly, im so surprised I’m even leaving a review on google maps.... I’m going to go to this one from now on, even though it’s 10 min extra drive for me!

I've only gone into this particular post office a few times, one of which was today. The outstanding service I've received on each occasion prompted me to post this review.

Very busy. Come early due to long wait. Staff very polite and competent.

I love this place. I give them my mail, they ship it out. It's wonderful.

They helped me track my package and even called me back to say it was on the truck for delivery! Awesome service!
