Community Resource Project is a non-profit organization that assist low income residents with home repairs. This is a great resource for help fixing repairs to your home and more. If qualified, your name will be put on a waiting list. If funds are still available when your name is up on the list, it would be your lucky day. You actually get a live person on the phone when calling and always happy to assist. You can also volunteer to experience what matters most in life, living in a safe comfortable home.

They are the nicest, helpful, & resourceful folks you'd ever want to meet! New stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer, furnace, upgraded insulation in my attic & under my house! Amazing. What a blessing!

It would be very helpful to have more flexibility with the hours the agency is open. For example, have one day a week that the agency is open until 6pm. Or, have the agency open on Saturday mornings from 8 - noon. I am helping a low income single mom with two children; she works m- f and has to take one child to day care before 8a, drop her other child off at school, then work all day herself from 8 - 4, then pick up both children after four. Your hours make it impossible for her to come to your agency during during the hours you are open.

What a AMAZING PROGRAM THIS IS. Available to just about all, who are Lo Income, or experiencing difficulties from the Pandemic. A Amazing young lady by the name of Bridget, contacted me, and was compassionate, kind, caring, and understanding, and explained exactly what she needed to process my application. Remember that there are thousands of individuals who are applying, and it is on a first come first serve basis. Also take into consideration, that these Representative's are human, and are experiencing the affects that the Pandemic has caused us all. They are the silent Angels behind the scenes, showing up for work, to assist us. I am forever grateful for Bridget, and her team, for there unselfish commitment to help, and process our applications. Be patient, and kind, and the rest will fall into place. Let's all work together, and this world will be a better place. They were very professional, pleasant, and had excellent customer service skills.

God Bless all heap staff in all these programs they say can help online heap is legit and fast I carefully answered application questions and send a copy of my driver's license in a copy of my newest SMUD bill it was simple as that no hard unreasonable request of things that they needed I love you heap thank you so much God bless you

The staff bent over backwards to help me! I was an hour early for my appointment & rather than make me wait outside in the hot sun, they helped me right away and took a late lunches. That truly shows care and dedication to help people who really need it. Thank You!

It's a place where you can use the internet prepare for getting a job financial assistance use the bathroom sign up for snap HF ( homeless friendly)
