Terrible company. Waited over an hour on the phone only to have the agent tell me to do it myself. Sure I have lots of knowledge of health insurance, NOT! I didn’t get the female agents name or I would report her. I was calling for help with our health plan. Very bad business. Would highly Not recommend using them.

Be careful, I received emails from this company, HealthSherpa, and marketplace that Raul Roch had submitted a Health application for me through HealthSherpa for my 2023 insurance。

But I've never worked or authorized neither HealthSherpa nor Raul Roch for any of my insurance need?!

In fact, I had submitted my application two months ago and completed all the process.

So. this agent and company(Eptyn) and/or HealthSherpa is totally behind my back to submit a falsified application. I'll report this scam to the proper authorities.
