San Marcos View Estates

I have to retract my previous negative review of San Marcos View Estates. Although I still believe they were having some serious management issues in the past, they have recently corrected them by hiring new Manager Armando. He is proactive, attentive to resident needs and a hard and fast worker. Smart choice to hire Armando. HUGE difference!!
This great little San Marcos View Estates community that I belong to finally has their aces in their places with Armando. Great choice to go with him. A+++

Armando sees that expectations are met in the resolution of matters needing attention.
Armando is by far the best manager that San Marcos View Estates has ever had.

I have lived here for three years now, and I couldn't be happier. The residents are kind, and look out for each other. I have wonderful neighbors! It is also nice knowing you are buying the land, so you don't have to worry about a change of ownership and rent going up. Make sure you get a place with ample parking, it can be a problem if you can't fit all your vehicles in your driveway. I extended my drive way when I moved in and now fit 3 cars comfortable, it's nice for guests..
