From the very first phone call, the staff exuded warmth and empathy. They patiently walked us through every step of the process, answering our questions with professionalism and understanding. Never once did we feel rushed or pressured, a comfort during such a vulnerable time.

They took the time to get to know our loved one, creating a personalized service that truly reflected her life. From incorporating her favorite music to showcasing cherished belongings, the details were thoughtful and meaningful. It wasn't just a generic ceremony; it was a celebration of her unique spirit.

The staff's attentiveness extended beyond the service itself. Popeh and Alina checked in on us in the weeks prior and following and were genuinely interested in our well-being. This genuine care made a world of difference in our grieving process.

Finally, their commitment to affordability deserves mention. They presented us with various options and worked within our budget, never once trying to upsell unnecessary services. We felt they were genuinely interested in what mattered most to us, not maximizing their profits.

We plan on utilizing their services in our estate planning.

My family and I were so pleased with the outstanding service that they had provided for my brother. After speaking with Alina for the first time she just gave us peace of mind that my brother was in the best care at all times. Alina is remarkable and had made my family and I feel that he was with family while he was there. She had lead us step by step in great care with dignity, honor and respect. She is a God's Sent!! Dont know what we would do without her, Joseph and ALL the Great staff of Partridge Creek. My Father has been a missing person since 1997, his remains were found in 2012, we were contacted this March 2022 that they matched him to us. The entire situation has been one of the hardest things we've ever been through.
I've never had to plan anything like this before, I'm a pregnant mother of two toddlers.
I just want to say, from the moment I spoke with Joseph I had a sense of relief l and knew this was who I wanted to help us through this. He is one of the most compassionate and caring individuals I've ever had the pleasure of getting to know, and at this point I feel like he is family as well. He made this difficult and emotional situation easier for us somehow. I will be forever grateful.

Popeh is absolutely wonderful and truly an empathetic person. Partridge made the process so easy and painless. Very caring and really appreciate them being so kind and attentive during difficult times. I called a few places and they treated me more like a number rather than someone that just lost someone close to them. Popeh on the other hand was very real and comforting. Not once did she try to upsell me on anything. Truly wonderful to have them local to Santee and I like to support local businesses. Thank you again.

She was available to my sister and I 24/7 after the loss of our mother. She answered all my questions straightforward via email, text and calls. She made everything needed yet wanted possible. We are very pleased with the service she provided, can’t say enough great things because i can go on and on. My family and I are eternally grateful for all the care & love given. Our brother recently passed and he was a Veteran. Losing a loved one is such a difficult time. Partridge went above and beyond in every aspect to honor our brother and his service, and they knew all the correct processes in dealing with VA and National Cemeteries. Our experience with the entire team at Partridge was nothing short of exceptional and we could not be more thankful for their assistance. We would recommend them to anyone in need.

This is the most wonderful place we could have gone to, with the passing of our son. We were consumed with grief. Joseph led us step by step with great care and compassion. The owner is former military and made sure that our son was handled with dignity and honor, just as he deserved. Nobody wants to need these kinds of services. But when you find yourself, as I did, in need, this is the place I hope you find! My husband and I were estranged for several years and had not spoken. When I got the call that my husband had died, I was completely out of my element. Between the grief, the distance, the money, and suddenly needing services I knew nothing about, I was completely lost. Someone I did not know took the time to discuss it with me, and recommended Partridge Creek. And I am so grateful!! Joseph took the time to listen to my ruminations, my silly stories, and my grief. He was extremely compassionate and made me feel like I was not alone. He took care of everything and kept me informed of what was happening and what to expect. He made an awful circumstance bearable. From the moment we contacted Partridge Creek, after my bother passed, the care and compassion we were shown was incredible. My brother died of Covid-19, while in a hospital. It was of great importance to me that after his death, he was not placed in one of those hospital refrigerated trucks, while waiting to be picked up by the mortuary. Partridge Creek understood how important this was to me….so it became important to them.

When they arrived to take Tommy into their care, it was from his bed in the Intensive Care Unit, it was with respect, dignity and honor. They were there for us every step of the way and worked to create a celebration which will live in the memories of our family forever. We are so grateful for everything they did. Every member of their team is a true professional. They treated us like family. During a very difficult time and process, they made things easy and seamless.

Partridge Creek Mortuary is a warm light through a very dark time. The owner, Mike Looney and his staff are patient, kind and sensitive to the needs of all who are affected by the passing of a loved one. Joseph Lemon Jr. is incredible. He is deeply rooted in honesty, compassion, empathy and sincerity. He will help you through the entire process of loss, mourning, and most importantly........celebrating your loved ones life with the dignity that they deserve.

Mr Joseph Lemon, jr is the hardest working person during the hardest time of our life. He more then once stayed late at his office to accommodate our schedule. He came to our home, and he would call and check on us. He was most helpful throughout the whole process. He is very knowledgeable and easy going. He always answered our phone calls and released pressure off our backs. There are not words enough to express what a great job they did. I will always be indebted to them for there assistance. They have a very high level of care, kindness and attention to detail. I highly recommend Partridge Mortuary.

I don't often write reviews but I recently attended Viewing & Graveside Services for a friend through Partridge Creek Mortuary. I found all of the staff, including Joseph Lemon Jr, Family Coordinator, to the personable owner, Mike Looney (who was also introduced) to be very warm, compassionate, professional and respectful. They go above and beyond working with the families placed in their care at one of their most difficult and vulnerable moments they can face. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them (and actually already have, to another friend who also unfortunately has been faced with a difficult loss of their own) because I know they couldn't be in any better hands than Partridge Creek.

Excellent customer service. They helped us out with the entire process. Affordable service with kindness, understanding, patience, and encouragement. We are very grateful for what they did for my uncles burial. Joseph was attentive to our needs at the time we needed someone to listen to us. A fresh breath of air. No one is ever ready to endure the inimaginable for your loved one and Joseph Lemon Jr. was with us every step of the way. The tragedy that our family went through and to think of planning and coordinating logistics is the last thing we wanted to think about. Joseph was not only there to help us through this process, but he went above and beyond to comfort us in our time of grieving. We had some special requests and he took each one to heart. I can never muster up to say the amount of gratitude I have for Patridge Creek Mortuary for taking such careful care of our dear loved one.

My friend from San Diego passed away and i got a call from the medical examiner because he named me (german citizen and resident ) as executor of the will, because he did not have any other family members in the US. I hushed to the US and was in a real bad spot , as i had to organize a cremation within a week, without any knowledge about the american system whatsoever. I only was in San Diego for less than two weeks. I called several companies and no company could help me , they all told me it would take longer than 2 weeks . That was not suitable for me because i had to send the ashes with USPS to the EU in time. Another company tried to overcharge me and couldnt guarantee that it would be ready when i needed. Then i luckely met a someone called Samy (Thank you soooooo much) i told him my problem and he referred me to this Mortuary and told me that they will help me. Half hour later i was in their office and the super nice girl called Popeh explained everything to me , she told me not to worry and we will work things out. I was very nervous , because i promised some family members of my friend overseas that i will send the ashes to them(family grave) and i was afraid to not deliver . She guaranteed to me that it would be ready at time. By the time i left the office my mood changed from very frustrated to hopeful that everything will work out. I was still a little concerned because i didn't now them and i have been in a lot of countries and a lot of times people promise things that they cant deliver. But not the staff of Patridge Creek, they all hold their word and delivered every step of the contract on time and in a very service oriented way. I was really surprised because all the others couldn't help me. Now im back in Germany my package with the ashes just arrived at the members of my friends family. I just want to say a BIG THANK YOU for all you done for me. I will never forget that !

I have much respect for these people and place. The way they handled my Mothers services and the caring and concerns they have for our Family at these most difficult times in life they really do care they reached out to us when we needed them.
