During the Holidays we went to Micheal’s and got a few gift cards, we accidentally put too little of an amount on the card and the manager Kayla helped us to fix it. She had a positive attitude and even though the situation was stressful and there were a lot of people behind us in line, she was calm and kind the whole time.

This store and it's Employees Are Amazing. I came in looking for something that would work on a recent project and had many choices to choose from. The ladies helped me find the right product's for the job and even talked to an employee's neighbor who is an artist for information. The project came out Very Nice !

very clean and organized the employees are extremely friendly and eagered to assist customers which you don't see that very often anymore when working retail stores you tend to see more employees annoyed and upset that they're even being talked to or asked for assistance so this was nice to see different

I like this location. Lots of good clearance items & the nice redhead cashier is super friendly & has the patience of a saint when it comes to me & my coupons. Which reminds me, the only bad thing about this location is that your internet will not work & you won’t be able to pull up your rewards or coupons on the app while you’re at the store or even in the parking lot. It’s beyond frustrating. So take screen shots of them before you leave your house!

Gawd they're so expensive. I only shop there when there are sales. I know the employees have nothing to do with their prices. That said , there are 2 ladies who have been there a very long time. I hope they're being treated as valued employees because I enjoy seeing them when I shop here

Took my 8 yr. old twin grand kids to a Mother's day craft project. The had fun and enjoyed the instructor.

Excellent quality products are always in stock plus the employees are fabulous with product knowledge, love shopping Michaels , arts n crafts, fabric etc. My place to go to relaxe n have fun shopping.
