Ross Dress for Less

I bought an Aztec men's camouflage jacket for a good price. I also bought two pairs of shoes. I get compliments on my jacket a lot since I got it.

Love these guys! Love this Store! Quality name brands. Cool finds. Great location. Friendly service. Strict return policies but hey, so long as you know that you can't bring back stuff you have worn more than a short period of time to try them on at home unlaundered or walk around in the shoes you just bought for a day or two and expect a return or exchange. Lol. If you walk ANYwhere outdoors with a new pair of shoes don't bother. They are yours now. They have fitting rooms so use them wisely and give these staff members a small reprieve. They work hard. Put stuff back where you found them for the next guy and so we can get in and out cause if they get busy putting stuff back all the time or keeping stuff that didn't get purchased or returned items up front till there is time to put it back, well....that's the customers doing and if there is something you wanted that is presently out.....chances are it is on that said rack hidden at the front desk cause someone with no manners left that item or returned it and is sitting in wait until it can be put back where it belongs. So try it on, check it out but please put it back on the hanger or shelf if you aren't going to purchase it. Try on a jacket. Don't like it? Put it back. Decide wether you are really going to buy it or not. Don't wait till the last minute and decide not to and leave it in the front. Someone else may want it and won't see it cause someone left it somewhere it doesn't belong or has left it up front or with the dressing room attendants and they can't always redistribute items back fast enough. Just be courteous of others yo! Make a tha world go round que no?

It was organized very well, with no mess and clutter. This team of dedicated employees deserves recognition for their hard work and their performance in the store.
The spacing of the shirts was very perfect making it extremely easy to look through items. Your staff is great and go above and beyond.

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!!!! I love the awesome variety of merchandise that always changes. I'm very petite so I can always find clothes that fit, and every day is like a treasure hunt. I have found the most beautiful things to decorate my home, and my favorite purchases are their really cute and cool coats and motorcycle style jackets. I have gotten almost all of my coats there, which I get compliments on everywhere I go, and all my jeans are from there too.

One of my favorite things about the store is how clean it is, it has a great layout, and the employees take really nice care of it. I'm very proud of our store. The one in Medford is dark, cluttered and has a really weird layout. I won't even go in there. We have limited shopping options in Klamath, so we all really appreciate when they keep a well stocked inventory. Besides that, it's always a fun place to be. Here are some of my favorite purchases:

What a difference a year makes, friendly service is back! Great job getting the right people in. A year ago I gave this a poor rating due to unfriendly and unhelpful staff. No longer, been there three times and excellent service each time.

Dang! Great prices. Fun selections and we had toys for the week while we were visiting Klamath Falls and the surrounding attractions.

Very clean and organized! I saw quite a few shoppers messing things up, I finally told some of them to put it back where it goes as we're all adults. Cashiers were all friendly and got people in and out so there was never a long wait in line.

It's not priceee great sales

I bought my girls a ton of clothes and when I checked out I had not gone way over my budget. I love that they reuse their hangers because I have no need for those them and that's really environmentally friendly which is always a plus in my book. The guy who rang us up was really polite and helpful.

I like this store. Located right behind Holiday Jewelers. The staff is friendly, the changing rooms clean and always serviced. They take care of their restroom too. Some people complain about their inventory not being consistant, but that is the point and how they keep their prices so low.
I can just about always find something good at this store too, not bad for a really tall guy.

I always love shopping at Ross. The one here in Klamath Falls isn't like the other Ross stores in larger cities but you can still find awesome choices either for gifts or for yourself and your household. The people working there are nice, I think this time of yr e evryone is a bit stressed. All in all a good place to shop!!!!❤

Have let you can say about Ross everybody knows what Ross about clothing and fun items and cute clothes cute shoes things for the house always finding new and interesting stuff in the store I believe that the staff has some issues with attitude mostly not being very customer service friendly and it seems like they have to put on fake Smiles but maybe I'd be the same way if I had to work retail again not my favorite thing to do but I do enjoy shopping at the store.

Pretty standard as Ross stores go. We didn't find what we had in mind for the gift idea we were looking for, but came out with some bargain clothes and a toy for our daughter instead. Ross is always hit or miss because their inventory changes all the time.

I love Ross!!! There is always something I can't live without. I LOVE the prices for shoes like Nike and Skechers. Lately I have found nice shirts with Christian sayings on them that are 2X-4X. Awes

Loved it. We found all of our kids at school closed there for very cheap. And I also got a few work shirts for myself. Can't wait to go back

Love shopping here, almost never the same stuff twice though, so buy it as soon as you fall in love with it. Wish they carried Android accessories and not just Apple. Good return policy.

The staff was wonderful. Store was clean. The bathrooms were clean. I love the selection and that they have under armour brand. I also like the purse selection. Wish they had more wallet selection.

Was in need for certain type ,size of clothes walked in less than 20 minutes had exactly what I wanted
