Out of all the fast food restaurants in Klamath, this Wendy's is the cleanest and has the best customer service in town hands down. Always enjoy getting a FREE whiff of bacon in drive-thru 🥓 😋 mmmmmmmmm.

local Wendy's.. friendly and birder is always right. their new biggie bag tier price system is amazing for people on limited budgets. food is always excellent. love my Wendy's!

I only ever go through the drive-thru, so I can't speak about the inside, but every time I go here they're extremely busy both inside and out. Wendys has the best fast food burgers hands down. Daves double, no lettuce, xtra pickle. And the frostys are the best in the business.

It's always my favorite fast food joint. Great food, clean environment, really nice employees.

Lunch time experience was great service was quick and the employees were friendly and worked well together to get orders out quickly despite the large number of eat in customers at the time we were there.

My mother had been extremely ill and we were enticing her to eat something.
What we discovered is that Wendy's baked potatoes with a little sour cream and butter was the perfect little meal with iced tea.
Thank you to the staff at the Klamath Falls Wendy's for helping us bring our mother back to health.
Yeah, it was a potato, and tea, but she was kept hydrated and full because of it and the staff were just so kind even though they didn't know what was happening, their kindness meant more than we can say.

Got stranded in town after missing my bus back home, and the crew here was so sweet and kind. Let me stay until I was able to get ahold of my husband and find a way home. I live 4 hours away. Thank you all who worked on July 2 you guys go above and beyond. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

The service is fast and the food is fresh. What more can you ask for?

I really enjoy eating here if I get fast food. When I need a quick bite but have a little extra cash for quality I come here. The new pretzel bacon cheese burger is very delicious 😋 👌.

The food we ordered was very tasty. Their new french fries are very tasty. The only thing that I did not particularly care for was the strawberry frosty. I did not find the strawberry flavor all that appealing or appetizing. I hope that Wendy's does not repeat this product. The bottom line is that it is gross.

My girl was so happy to see Wendy's brought back the quality of the original Spicy Chicken Sandwich. I guess at one time they had reduced the sandwich to a patty and it was not the same. But now it's yummy again, she joyfully explained in a way only a foodie can do. The fries were fresh and perfect. And finally, the manager and staff were fast, professional, and friendly, even at 1am. Very pleasant experience.

Thank you Wendy's for being the only fast food joint that's open late night in town! Everytime I've been there my order was correct, the food was good and the employees that work there are all awesome and super friendly! Definitely in my top 5 places for good fast food spots in Klamath Falls!

Quick service, good food.

One thing about this Wendy's is it is clean no matter what time of the day you you come in. The people managing this Wendy's are allways friendly and make sure your visit is a good experience and the same goes for the counter people who are allways ready to help you get your orders in a timely manner.

Store has picked up it's pace and the people have gotten friendlier. The wait time has gotten to a reasonable wait time no more 45min to an 1hr wait. It's about 5min. Wait now I was Impressed.

Clean and well lit, staff members are pleasant and smiling. They are efficient and quick when taking your order and putting it together. Food is freshly made and appealing and tastes good to. Easy to see from the street with an easy entrance and exit. I've never see it too busy either.

Extremely fast service, food was fresh and they offer veteran discount, not all Wendy's locations do.
