Very clean restrooms and facilities. Diaper changing station and "hands free" bathroom entrance was really nice. Doggy friendly. Carry most of what you're looking for and you can always shop online and pick up. We're lucky to have this store and Diamond in Klamath! They carry almost everything needed between the two.

We went into Home Depot for last minute shopping and the worker there named Odi was super nice and helped us with our checkout. She had a positive attitude and was very kind to our client with disabilities. People like her are the joy in the holidays.

So many projects! I'm pretty sure my husband could spend his whole day in here and not get bored. My daughters are in love with the car-carts, holiday section, awesome staff, random dogs, cart rides, garden center, and of course the lolipops to buy on the way out. It's a hit with the whole family.

John was super helpful with flooring today! He advertised how the project held up well against his Husky in the house. Closing the sale with me. He deserves a promotion or raise! Get the customer what they need!

Went in to get some wood for a project. My cousin and I were a bit lost! Dakota was VERY helpful in helping us look for the wood we needed. Even showed us the discounted wood ( which helped). He went above and beyond in customer service. Home Depo needs more employees like him!!!

Then some employee with the offer to help came thru. They have people designated to load your stuff and I like that.

The home Depot is getting more knowledgeable people all the time. Martha had helped me a couple of times! What a big help!

Today I saw Brandon working outside by himself in the hot sun, picking up a whole pallets worth of concrete that someone had left torn open and bags all over on the side of the building, all by himself and still had a friendly smile and tone when assisting me and other costomers after picking all that up. Definetly deserves a raise after that.

It's the home dept what is there to say?
Clean store. There's almost always an employee you can find wandering around waiting for you to ask them for help.
Great plant selection.
Yeah, if you need a variety of Hardware items, go to home depot.

Bought 2 fruit trees at 50% off the end of the season. Helpful staff.

All I can say is Wow the staff, Amazing the products Amazing, the store itself Amazing, I will not go anywhere else if I don't have to!

I come here all the time for my home improvement needs. We are in a remote town so sometimes I have to order items to be shipped either to my house or to the store. Customer service is always good. Easy shopping experience.

We came in the store not sure where to find stuff. One gentleman helped with some wood. He cut it for us. Pointed in the directions. I wish I knew his name. I forgot to look. Everyone there has helped many times. A lady today helped us match the color we needed. What a wonderful store we have here. Thanks to all.

Bought a drill and I asked someone where they were located and they knew exactly isle I needed to go

There were too many choices for refrigerators online, so I called the store to place an order. WHAT TERRIFIC SERVICE!! The rep helped me find exactly the right one, desired features, and helped place the order on my card AND got me a new customer discount. I didn't even think about the handles. The delivery folks pointed out there are no handles. I get stuck on the handles all the time. Ordered AND delivered in two weeks. Just wonderful service, thank you!

I called them from the freeway knowing I was headed home to a flooded floor. They had the parts I needed, and brought them to the customer service reg so I didn't have to waste time looking! So helpful and the most friendly service!

Home Depot nearly always has what I'm needing, came here a lot in summer for plants, mulch, soil, and other garden items. They take care of their plants here compared to Walmart.

Pick-up and return are always a breeze the customer service reps are always kind.

Months back I bought a new refrigerator and they put my name on it till delivery, delivery came and they said the refrigerator was missing.
Someone bought it after I did. The point being they allowed me to pick from a couple of other models at higher price points for no extra charge.

So they care about their customers and their plants.
