Nice selection for a small store. Love the dried fruit and fresh milled flour section. Everything is always fresh.

A great store for the best selection of organics, bulk spices and pantry goods. Great vitamins and herbal treatments, and the personal care section has a great variety of items. Friendly staff as well!

love this store! Klamath Falls would not be the same for me without it! Their produce is so unique and the variety is amazing. I'm thrilled to find things here that I could not ever find at another store; such as, dandelion greens and certain cereals.... I wish the store success and a lasting place in this town.

I have a mildly excessive fondness for Springfield Creamery (Nancy’s Cottage Cheese). For the uninitiated, Springfield Creamery is in Oregon, several hours away from Klamath Falls. Since moving to Klamath Falls, I got my ‘fix’ at Fred Meyer. However, approximately two months ago, Fred Meyer abruptly stopped selling Nancy’s Cottage Cheese.

On the precipice of withdrawal, I asked a Fred Meyer employee if there was anyone I could talk to about its absence. He checked the app (was unable to find it) and said, “no.” I politely protested, but he would not budge.

Following the Fred Meyer ‘Heisman,’ I contacted Springfield Creamery, hoping for satisfaction at the source. I used the contact/email page on their website and called (leaving voicemail) several times. To date, I have not received a reply.

Undeterred, I went to Natural Grocers. Natural Grocers had the ‘high-test’ version (whole milk), which, in a pinch, is a suitable alternative to low fat. However, ‘high-test’ is not a long-term solution—too thick and complex, so to speak.

Whilst checking out, the cashier (Brittany) asked me if I had found everything I needed. Sensing sincerity, I recounted my ‘first-world’ dilemma. She offered to assist and told me someone would contact me in a few days. I was cautiously optimistic, but, owing to my overdeveloped cynicism, I concluded disappointment was the likely outcome.

Given it was a Sunday afternoon, I figured, if someone did in fact call me, it would take several days—if not more. Well, I was wrong, delightfully wrong. Brittany alerted her colleague (Calista), and Calista called that very evening with a solution.

I am acutely aware of the absurdity of my Nancy’s Cottage Cheese plight, but Brittany and Calista treated my predicament (white-person problem in today’s ‘woke’ vernacular) as a legitimate vexation—at least, as far as I knew. Two days later, low-fat Nancy’s Cottage Cheese took its rightful place next to its high-test sibling.

I am grateful for their ingenuous consideration and vigor. My inveterate cynicism was soundly defeated, and I do not resent the thrashing Brittany and Calista gave it—not one bit. They are proverbial diamonds in the rough. Thank you…very, very much!

I'm very happy to know that Natural Grocers will NOT be participating in APEEL™.
Natural Grocers reached out Apeel™ several times, requesting a full list of ingredients. They never received an clear answer.
Thank you, Natural Grocers!

Fun sense of humor to announce that they now sell wine. Beyond wine they have a good selection of products that are typically more healthy than a large grocery store. Good service from staff at the store.

Highly recommended!

The prices may be higher here, but we will pay that price for quality produce, smaller crowds, and friendly service. You can buy organic produce that isn't packaged in plastic and their bulk section is great for buying spices, nuts, and beans!

We like to get our vitamins/supplements, produce, and sale items from here! They will also sometimes have ingredients that other places don't have.

If you are looking for the cheapest prices on items like organic avocados this is the place but they may not necessarily have the cheapest loaf of bread or bag of chips.

In the summer I recommend the farmer's market downtown for produce, but in the winter this is a good place to shop!

My newest frequent shopping spot for nutritious foods. The staff are friendly helpful and informative. The one place I get all of my organic ingredients at an additional savings with their membership card.

Natural Grocers has a great selection of natural and organic products. Their produce is always fresh and topnotch. They have some great microbrews and wines in store, as well as, a wide selection of health and personal care products. They are my go to for Dr. Bronner's Magic Arnica Balm for sore muscles. Check them out.

A great competitor to Fred Meyer for organic food, with the exception of a lack of deli. Top quality and great price for what you are buying. Their produce section is cheaper than the gmo selection at Fred Meyer. Bread and meat seem to be the only weaknesses they have.
It's 2023 and they are still the best for produce.
