Il Naso

Fantastic restaurant, group had meatball app, Caesar salad, halibut and scallops perfectly cooked and tasty, ID wagyu striploin rich and delicious, organic pan seared chicken perfectly seared, Bolognese scrumptious, Carbonara savory delicious, Ragu de fungi rich and excellent mushrooms, everything was phenomenal. Nicely decorated and the bar is beautiful antique wood, the entrance is on the side off 5th street. Strongly recommend.

We had a lovely dinner here when we were visiting town. Note that they recently renamed/rebranded from Il Naso to Lupo, not sure if google will reflect this.

We sat in a 2 person booth which was comfortable and romantic. The best thing we ordered was the scallops appetizer. Delicious!! Everything else was good. The flourless chocolate cake for dessert was dense and delicious as well!

Service was very friendly and prompt, despite warning us that they were short staffed that night.

Slight gripe - we were charge $8 per person for sparkling water, which is more than I’ve ever seen. Maybe it’s an upscale restaurant thing but it seemed a bit absurd to me.

We had an amazing meal here. The appetizers and pasta were amazing. Two in our party ordered ravioli and my daughter said she has been dreaming about it since. The owner/chef was incredibly kind when we called to make a reservation. Our server was wonderful. All around- everything was fresh, delicious, and accompanied with great service! Both kids loved the mock tails and we enjoyed some great wine as well.

Perfect night! The steak was cooked perfectly and the special wild shrimp pesto pasta was absolutely amazing. Overall, great food! Everything was full of flavor and just cooked to perfection. The chef did an amazing job. We also had the peach salad (amazing!) and scallop appetizer. I recommend this restaurant to everyone who passes through Ketchum. It is a must go!

Fine dinning! We Had a great expierence at II Naso. We arrived a few minutes before our reservation and was greeted by name. They seated us in a nice corner booth with a view of the mountains. Modern folk music played in the background setting a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. We started off with the Antipasto which was wonderful with various meats and cheeses with grapes and tossed arugula. Our main dishes were Rainbow Trout special and Filet Mignon. Both very delicious. The fire roasted/grilled asparagus and gorgonzola butter was the icing on the cake! It was easy to make a reservation right on their website.

We had a great meal here. Food was excellent and the service was attentive and friendly. I’ve had Bolognese sauce all over the world, and the sauce here was maybe the best, I kid you not. The balance was really nice. Thanks for that.

Lovely dinner! Enjoyed the grilled peach burrata salad and the pasta carbonara.

We enjoyed dinner at Il Naso on Aug 7. The food was delicious, one of the best meals we have had out for quite awhile. The halibut was perfectly cooked with clams the were sweet and tender. The grilled peach salad in season and a generous portion. Can't wait to go back.

We love Il Naso. Great food in a cozy atmosphere. Tonight we shared the special lamb lollipops, followed by a delicious ribeye. They also have a wonderful wine list. If you're lucky, you'll get a table in the bar with life music to enjoy.

Great place, lovely service and good food. They offer 1/2 portions of pasta that you need to ask for so that you can enjoy more dishes.

Nice variety on the menu and prices are very fair. Good wines by the glass. We ordered a few dishes and shared, everything was great. Staff was very nice and got great service. Very friendly. Definitely recommend.

Better than 5 star! As good as the pasta we had in Italy! Loved the fresh Orecchiette!!! Treasure in Sun Valley. Romantic atmosphere, great service ❤

A very enjoyable unpretentious dining experience. The menu is not your typical Italian smorgasbord but rather select and authentic dishes similar to what you might find in Italy with a few twists. And the wine list is excellent given the size of the restaurant and prices are very reasonable.
We enjoyed ragout meatballs and Caesar salad as our appetizer. We loved the addition of kale in the salad. The main course was a Scottish salmon grilled to perfection. Cooked rare this may have been the best salmon I’ve had in years. Our server was polite, informative and delivered all on time with a friendly attitude. The atmosphere was friendly, family-like yet romantic. All in all a very good value that we will look forward to returning often.

The food was superb. We had the veal picatta, little gem wedge salad, and octopus. All delicious. Great flavored and sauces. Fabulous service. Our waiter was excellent and offered us half orders for pasta that we took home to the kids. We enjoy top rated restaurants and Il Naso was right up there.

There are not enough adjective to describe how much we enjoyed our dinner! Flavors, aromas, ambiance, wines, and extraordinary service. I highly recommend the mussels as an appetizer. A huge plate of steaming mussels in a broth that left us breathless. The order was so large we took some home! The chicken dish is delightful. I am not sure how they were able to deliver a chicken breast so tender and flavorful. It was by far the best chicken we have had in a very long time. The gnocchi in pesto was a treat. We recommend calling them gnocchi-tini. Small puffs of heaven smothered in pesto and cheeses. We enjoyed dinner with a bottle of 2014 L’Ecole Cabernet. Suffice it to say, we finished it! Service was superb and the Chef came out to see how we enjoyed dinner, which is always an extra special touch. Our experience was top notch, we highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Ketchum. We will definitely be back!

Do not miss out! We are new to the Valley and are exploring all our dining options and Il Naso blew us away. Warm atmosphere, friendly staff, excellent wine selection and the FOOD! My husband and I are on opposite sides when it comes to Italian cuisine, he loves robust and hearty and I love delicate subtlety in flavor. Il Naso offers both expertly. The grilled Octopus stands out as the best! Can't wait to return.

Great Italian restaurant! SO GOOD! Best steak in sun valley! And their veal meatballs where amazing! Good food and a decent wine selection! Service was great too! 10/10 would recommend!

Hit the spot! I don't give reviews very often but we had tried a few nice places over the last few days and this Il Naso is the one I would want to go back to. Great service, great food, great wine, and great ambiance!

Cozy atmosphere and wonderful food. The staff was quick to help us as walk ins and were super sweet. Highly recommended for intimate dinners.

I luckily was able to dine here recently, and there happened to be a wine expert at the bar. We were able to really enjoy our meal with some well paired wine selections. We enjoyed a Summer Strawberry salad, and Burrata over heirloom tomatoes to start. If memory serves, that was paired with a Rosato. Then it was the Drunken muscles with Crostini. They were flavorful and tender. I think that was paired with a Petit Chablis. The Linguini with Clam was perfect, I believe that was paired with a Chardonnay. Everyone was happy with the flavorful corn succotash that accompanied the very well cooked scallops. My favorite part of a good meal is a tasty desert. The fried vanilla ice cream was perfect. *Social distancing seating is setup and the wait staff are wearing mouth protection, the menus are single use.
