Absolutely delicious, as fresh as you can get. Fantastic folks. Not for tourists. Wink wink. A very nice cozy atmosphere. Great bait and tackle. Knowledgeable about the fishing scene. All three of my thumbs are up. 👍👍👍

They have food too! Great food at that. Wonderful view right off the deck and you can get their by car or boat! It's always the little know places that are the best.

A very old Bradenton establishment that’s a vestige of old Florida. Total dive. It’s a shack offering drinking, cigars, eating, fishing tackle, live bait, and dockside gas for your boat!

What can you say about Annie's. This place has been in Manatee forever. They have never let us down when it came to bait or fishing supplies.

They had a great selection of bait. Live shrimp of all sizes and pinfish, grunts. They have your necessity fishing gear inside.

Grouper Sandwich was excellent and the fries are yummy. Sitting right on the water on the dock at sunset. #saltlife Grouper tacos with fries so good also!

Food was excellent, beer was cold, service was good and friendly. It's a bait shop and gas dock so it's a unique old Cortez fishing town experience.

The parking is plenty. Small place on the water. Was waited on right away. Sat right at the water. Great view. Chowder came out hot. Was a pleasure to receive hot soup. I ordered fish and chips. Came with slaw and fries. Was very good. Not greasy or soggy. Service was tops. Again a pleasure. Hard to get good service lately. Restroom report! Very small and old. Needs a remodel. I will vrrtainly come back again.

Awesome place with old Florida atmosphere. Awesome people and really awesome food. Had a delicious Grouper sandwich. Tried the fish spread and would definitely recommend it. Bruce and Kerry behind the bar were incredible and very accomodating.

Great staff! The best grouper sandwich in the world. Great food all around. All custmers seem like family. We bring all of our guest visiting from Michigan and all over to eat here and everyone loves it as much as we do!

Annie's Bait & Tackle is a bait shop with a bar with a small kitchen that makes wonderful food! The grouper sandwich is wonderful, my family also liked the garlic wings. I had a cheese dog, and its was great. They have a little dock to eat outside and it was very pleasant.

What a little gem! This well seasoned bait and tackle shop is a little piece of old Florida in the Village of Cortez. Inside you'll find tables and a bar area nestled in one side of the tackle shop and outside there are tables right on the boat dock. The food is amazing. Fantastic grouper sandwich basket. My husband was very pleased with his cheeseburger, perfectly cooked. What a friendly bunch. Thanks Keri 🙂
