The employees are ALWAYS upbeat and friendly, and do all they can to help the customers out. There are so many good deals and plans with Sprint, and they help figure out which one fits you the best. They do everything from fixing service problems to switching your plan over. The location is very convenient and their hours are perfect for anyone’s schedule. I 100% recommend!

This is the best sprint store I have ever been to! The customer service is fantastic , everyone is so nice there . I pick up sprint service everywhere I go as well ! The assistant manager , Emma helped me there so much! She’s great . Will continue to go there and use sprint as my carrier :)

I would like to say Andre Frye went above and beyond with his customer service for Sprint! Andrea helped my mother get a new phone and even offered to drive it to her in Front Royal, VA after he got off work. After meeting her he also helped her get to know the phone and get logged in. Andre helped me get the best deals possible today. I originally came in to open two lines, walked out with 3 new phones, a 49 inch tv on the way, a gift card on the way, and 300 bucks coming to my bank account just for opening 3 lines. He was super helpful and made the whole process less painful.

Emma & the team at the Orange location are outstanding! They take the to listen to what you are looking for & talior your plan's to meet your specifications & finicial needs. So if your not already a customer please reconsider they have some really awesome deal's & the service is outstanding!

Every time I've gone in the store with my girlfriend to help her with her Sprint account the employees have tried to sell us every item in the store. Not only this, but most of the employees seem unknowledgeable of phones in general. I had to explain to one employee that not all Android's have the same software. It's called a skin, different companies have different skins on top of Android. With all of that said, I finally found one that seemed more interested in helping than making a couple bucks. Christian Clore was super helpful, fairly knowledgeable and not pushy. I would definitely recommend asking for Christian if you can. Overall I'd rate this location 3/5 based on previous experiences with the employees, however Christian provided 5 star service. Hope this helps.

Very surprised by how the manager (Justin of 500 N Madison Rd Ste 561, Orange, VA 22960) didn't properly communicate my billing concerns. Justin communicated multiple times that my bill would appear higher than expected, but to ignore it and pay a specific amount that he quoted to me.

My contract details were clearly not "truthfully" explained (setup date 3/25/2023), and left me as the customer feeling disappointed and deceived. Justin basically acted as though I didn't exist after multiple visits and several attempts to get a proper working device- 3rd Samsung A14 phone.

I personally wouldn't recommend this particular location to do business with! Other than this experience with the manager, the other customer service associates are polite individuals.

*On a positive note, I appreciate Anthony, Jeremy, and Christina's assistance yesterday! I also appreciate Darien assisting on previous visits as well!
