Jennifer Boudreau, MD

Dr. Boudreau is caring And considerate. She takes time to listen, reflect, and then prescribe, or maybe not. She won’t give you a script for you to feel like she did something if you don’t need it. My family has gone to her this year and she has answered more questions, and helped in scenarios where other doctors have failed, or maybe just not thought it through. I feel blessed to have found a Doctor Who listens and takes time to consider what is best for the patient. Office staff is awesome as well.

I had an all-around great experience with Dr. Boudreau and her office staff. The staff was very prompt in responding to my emails, helping me sort out my complicated health insurance plan/benefits. Everyone in the office was friendly and personable as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Boudreau's practice, and will return in the future when necessary.

Dr. Boudrea has been my Dr. For 4 years and I love her she is kind and professional and caring she spends time with her patients and great listener and I would recommend her 100%. Thanks for being an excellent Dr.and Also front desk Dana is fantastic thx Dana.

Just went here for the first time today and the service and overall vibe of the staff was excellent! My only concern is the receptionist. Everytime I try to call the office, the receptionist never really gets back to me (but she is super sweet regardless). I am going to be waiting for labs and update the review accordingly to see how everything goes. I was told they are suppose to call me and let me know everything but we shall see.

Everything was quick and easy, I had no trouble with getting any results in.

Although, Dr. Boudreau is kind and professional. It's difficult to get through to the office. I frequently have to wait 10 minutes on hold to get sent to voicemail. Also, office hours are short, so you usually have to leave a message. And, if you don't call 48 hours before needing to cancel an appointment, they charge you $100. And, there's never a notification of appointments (no email, or text to confirm). Also, I've had to call repeatedly to get prescriptions. If you're sick or it's or it's time sensitive go elsewhere.

The overall care and concern of this practice has diminished and is no longer a place that I feel can provide the best possible care for me. Dr. Boudreau is great- she has always taken care of me and my father. I work 2 full time jobs and this has always been something she has accommodated. Two weeks ago I received an alert from my pharmacy that I needed a refill. I put in for the refill and they had tried to contact my doctor, with no success. I never received a call from the office stating I needed to come in, and notably this isn’t the first time they have failed in their communication. I called to have them mail me my lab order, as they have done in the past, so that I can go to Quest on a Saturday, before work. They told me repeatedly I hadn’t seen the doctor since 2020, which wasn’t accurate. I never said I wouldn’t come in, I simply said I needed the lab order so I can get that done on a weekend and then schedule an appointment. I got put on hold and switched to another person, 3 times, each of whom were equally as rude, argumentative, and uncaring. As I explained to the last person I simply needed an order to get the labs done as I was going to run out of medication, she was combative. I told her I wouldn’t go back and forth with her as I worked 2 full time jobs, 7 days a week, and I needed to get to the next job, to which she replied, “so do I” over and over again. I hung up, never getting a resolution, and called back asking for Dr. Boudreau to call me so I could explain to her why I was going to find a new doctor…she never called. It’s sad because Dr. Boudreau is a good doctor; however, her staff treats people horribly and I simply will not tolerate it. I know how to self-advocate, I can't imagine someone like my father who isn't able to do this and how he would manage be treated so poorly.

Great Dr, but very poor front desk and short stuff. Never get any return calls for days after leaving messages.
