Bigwood Bread Bakery & Cafe

Fantastic for breakfast and lunch! Great ambiance inside and out, food was yummy, service quick and friendly. This is a must visit when we are in Ketchum!

I love this place! Every time I go to Sun Valley I hit Bigwood for breakfast. The staff are always happy and friendly. The huevos rancheros is by far my favorite. But legit everything is amazing. They have amazing bakery and pasty items. Mmm so good!

Wow!!!! Absolutely a fabulous place to eat breakfast. Healthy choices, standard eggs and bacon and wonderful pastries.
Try to granola or take a bag to go.

Excellent butternut squash soup and the Beast sandwich was very tasty. Friendly, fast service despite being super busy. Highly recommend!

Best bakery in Sun Valley/Ketchum. Their cinnamon rolls are amazing. Excellent breakfast. Staff were all very friendly.

Just what you need after a day of skiing!

If this place had rats cooking the food like in ratatouille I would not tell the health department. Me and my wife had breakfast there and it was amazing!! Well priced for Ketchum/Sun Valley and the food we had was AMAZING!!! Will be going again when we get the chance!!

Best dang kale salad and bread I ever “et”. Such a cute and inviting place with loads of tables indoors and out. For sure it is a local favorite and their wonderful bread (luckily) can be found everywhere.

THE BEST GRANOLA AROUND. I LIVE IN KALISPELL MT AND FOUND THE CRANBERRY GRANOLA AT AN ALBERTON'S STORE IN THE BAKERY. I HOPE THEY NEVER STOP CARRYING IT. THANK YOU BIGWOOD FOR THIS GREAT PRODUCT!!

First time, traveling from NC visiting family in Wendell. The atmosphere was pleasant, indoor & outdoor seating. Food was fresh, plentiful, & delicious. Great menu for breakfast & lunch.

I’m very picky about baked goods. This place bats at about 600 consistently, which is good enough for the hall of fame. Pecan Pie, Cinnamon Roll, Pecan Sticky Bun, Ginger Cookies, and ham and cheese croissant are all winners here. Coffee is also pretty good which is hard to find at a bakery. Great atmosphere too!

Consistently fresh and nutitiously delicious, the food is as welcome as the atmosphere in this bakery/cafe combo. The Baldy Power Bowl is an amalgam of protein and veggies, and with a chai tea, is the boost I need after a morning hike. Go for it.

Eating the products from here is like living a dream. I happen to be VERY fussy about my baked goods let alone any breakfast related foods. Their French toast is to DIE for. Their eggs have a flavor you simply don't typically get. But man oh man their banana nut bread is simply out of this world unreal. Even their cookies are major cut above. Let's not forget their croissants, of which my favorite is the almond paste one. I just can't get enough of this. Glad I can at least have a few critical items delivered to keep me going till I make it up there again.

This place gets super busy, don't assume you'll walk in get a cup of coffee and a pastry and walk out. I really like their bread, and sandwiches so it's worth the wait if you're in town.

Amazing cinnamon rolls!!! The baldly bowl was a great healthy choice for breakfast with good coffee.

Great food and excellent customer service. Nice large outdoor patio seating area and good-sized indoor dining area. Very nice facilities overall. Very good selection of food options, including baked goods and Lots of salads, sandwiches etc. We had one of their bowls and it was very good.

I adore Bigwood Bread! They have great food and I definitely recommend their Kale & Quinoa Salad. I'm not a fan of either kale or quinoa, but they made it hard to resist. They also have great burgers, and I love their burger sauce! The staff is amazing and really friendly. The only downside to this place in the summer is that since most restaurants are closed, Bigwood gets really crowded, and lines can be long. Try to order online if possible! 100% a must in SV.
