Wow!!! I’ve been trying to find my go-to Thai spot in the area, and after months of searching and lots of subpar Thai food eaten, I’ve FINALLY found it!!

I was already excited to try it just by looking at photos and reviews. I tried calling to order takeout last Friday around 5:30, but it was over an hour wait! So today I called shortly after they opened and my food was ready in 15 minutes.

I got the spicy basil fried rice and I was impressed even before trying it. It was so heavy! (Yes, I had to weigh it at home on my food scale, and it was nearly 2 pounds.) When I tried it, I was blown away. This is what I have been looking for! The flavors are amazing, the rice is perfect, the meat is plentiful. There are also so many vegetables in the fried rice, which I really appreciate. I got it mild (sometimes you never know if medium will be too spicy) and couldn’t really taste any spice, so I’ll know in the future to get the next step up. But it was all so, so good.

I will definitely be back here many times!

The BEST pad Thai I have ever had, by far (and I have eaten at MANY Thai restaurants over the years!). The Green Curry is also excellent, as is the cashew nut stir fry. If you’re anywhere near Leesburg, you must check this out (and get gas while you’re at it)!

A great Thai restaurant. Was very authentic and tasty and flavorful. The Thai Basil duck and the papaya salad were phenomenal. Highly recommend.

Surprisingly excellent! Do this restaurant that shares the same building as a gas station ought to fit the the term dive. but it is anything but that, think of it as a hidden Gem. I almost didn't want to right this review because I don't want to publicize how good the food here is and create lines to get in here, the place was already very busy on a Sunday afternoon. The drunken noodles are one of the best in NOVA; the spicy Duck basil another winner. The proportions are very generous. The apps were nice as well. For a hole in the wall style place, the food presentation was also very nice and close to artistic. I will definitely be back!

It’s been said before here, “Thai food at a gas station”? YES! Stopped by for a quick meal and ended up staying for a couple of hours. Not being too keen on Thai food the staff was patient, helpful and our orders were prepared quickly. We ordered Spring Rolls, Tom Kha soup, Pad Thai, Tamarind Chicken and their seasonal Pumpkin Red Curry. Everything was delicious and their portions were big enough that 4 of us were able to share and taste all the dishes. Definitely recommend!!!

I came for the gas and stayed for the Thai food. It is connected to a gas station but don't let that fool you. The food is great and authentic. Portion size and quality exceeded my expectations. I ordered extra spicy and they didn't disappoint. The flavor was fantastic and the burn the next day was equally hot. Will definitely be back and if anyone complains about this place you should stay eating your MacDonalds happy meals and leave this place to the pros.

Solid Thai food!

I got some red curry for take out.

The place is really small and shares a small parking lot with the gas station.

It took me long 5 years to find a Thai place that could again fill my love for pad thai after my favorite place closed and I have finally found it. Best pad Thai I’ve ever had and the portion was plentiful. I’m in love.

Just got delivery from this restaurant for the 1st time. Everything is fresh and delicious. Friends recommended me and I'm glad they did. Even my simple requests to sub a couple ingredients out didn't get over looked. Highly recommend. Especially using the beef in the pad Thai. 😋

Nice little Thai restaurant in downtown. Pricing isn't too bad. Food is good. Thai Ice Tea is refreshing during the summer.

Absolutely loved The Thai Pan and can't wait to go back!!

Known as "the gas station Thai restaurant" we were very surprised when we went inside. The interior and exterior of The Thai Pan were clean and I didn't notice anything that should cause alarm 😂😬. An awesome staff met us at the door, eager to take our order. The order giving process was simple and done quickly. The smells coming from the kitchen were intoxicating and we couldn't wait for our takeout order to be filled.

There was not a long wait and shortly after receiving our to-go order we ran for the car and headed back to the hotel. After arriving back at the hotel we unboxed the goodness and sized up the en-thai-er situation... Yes that just happened. The food was piping hot, smelled amazing and was well prepared with fresh ingredients. We were both very happy with the food, service, price, quality and spice level (the chick and I live for spicy).

The Thai Pan has started an addiction and we can't wait to come back to Leesburg for our next meal with them. Yummy yummy in our tummies.

Best Thai in Leesburg, probably in Loudoun, maybe in the whole area. Only problem is deciding what to get. Not my favorite panang curry ever, but everything else is. Tiny little place with good, fast service and really excellent food

Very good food and customer service. I was unsure at first because the restaurant is attached to a gas station. But it was actually some of the best thai food I've had. They were absolutley slammed with orders so it took quite a while to get my food (~ 1 hour 20 minutes) but it was worth the wait. Their Thai iced tea is delicious.

This is the best Thai restaurant I've ever had in Virginia and around. Red curry chicken, wonderful. Singha beer, delicious and not pricy. Very nice people.
Very small place, super clean.

Was this helpful? Or even funny? Give👍
