This store always goes above and beyond for me (and as I have witnessed, other customers) and I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years! If you haven't tried out the print department with ANY project, you should. I use them very frequently in my job (Marketing) and they are always quick to respond, quick to complete the order and offer assistance whenever needed. 5 stars for the Klamath Falls, Oregon Staples Staff and Especially the Print and Marketing peeps!

I have been going to Staples since I started my business. I mainly use the print and marketing department. They always take care of me, the supervisor Ashley is the best!!!

Ashley in the printing department is absolutely amazing! Her customer service is above and beyond! Local businesses are so lucky to have her! Thank you for all your hard work and your positive, friendly attitude!

All of the staff that work here are very friendly and helpful! I like to utilize their email and print services since I don't have a home printer. The whole process is simple, quick and relatively cheap (depending on what and how much printing you're doing). They have a great selection in store for shopping and they always have everything I need!

I usually ship from here so that I don't have to wait in line at the post office. It's so much more convenient and closer for me. Plus even if I get there after pick up times I know that it's secure and will go out the next business day. And all of the staff are very helpful.

First time in this store, and I gotta say- the employees here are extremely helpful and very friendly! Multiple employees offered their assistance and asked me if I was finding everything ok or if I needed any help. 5 stars and I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone asking!

Big, huge shoutout to Rhianna at our Staples store. She is the biggest help! I come here for all my printing needs because of her. I am a bit older and she helps me navigate through the electronic process ect. Very friendly and excellent service. Keep up the great work! It’s appreciated.

D.J. was most helpful, and such a delight. Very intelligent, professional, knowledgeable, personable, and patient. He remained kind through our various questions and concerns. And even made suggestions pertaining to the products we were looking for. He did a great job and well definitely be returning. Daniel also provided good customer service.

I have come in to the store on multiple occasions. Every time I have come in I have always been greeted by the staff with a smile. Always been asked if I needed help finding anything, (Granted though I always know where and what I am looking for; shows the staff is attentive to their customers.) The staff is very friendly and helpful, also on one occasion I used the printing services and loved the product and quality that they delivered. I will continue to shop here for sure for those few items I need here and there.

Their staff this past week were very helpful and made sure I was taken care of before leaving the store after buying my new computer. They went all out on their customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I went in there today to buy my first laptop. I had the pleasure of working with Michael and Brian throughout the duration of my purchase. They were so helpful and very good to work with. I will definitely go back and ask for Michael if I ever need help.

Great came in for just one thing. Came out leaving with the hole store. Great customer service. The photo department not that great the girl with all the tattoos might be a little slow she's never helpful.

I went to the photo print section for some help with my father's Memorial Service and "Cierra" assisted me. I apologize if I misspelled her name. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She created a 16 x 20 collage with my printed and electronic photos. Outstanding job Staples, you have an Amazing employee and Outstanding store!

Talked to Nike regarding lap tops he was a great help I plan on buying one I wanted to talk the pros and cons of a touch screen with my son first. Will buy the one I first decided on.
