I took some returns for Amazon to the UPS store. It was actually my first time ever doing returns this way. I was treated SO NICELY. The customer service is excellent! Every one of my returns was processed in less than 24 hours! It’s hard to believe that there is no charge or hassle of boxing and taping and printing labels!

Date of visit: Sunday February 5, 2023. I did a quick, in-and-out to return an item back to Amazon. This must be a new business because I can't recall seeing it before. When I lived in the area I always did business directly at the UPS terminal. Very convenient weekend hours. This store stocks all you need for shipping.

Been in at this UPS Store a handful of times and every time its been quick and easy. When returning items from Amazon there’s an option where all I have to do it take the product to the store (no box or anything.. just the packaging it was in when I got it) and they scan it, take care of packaging it, print labels, and ship it out. Its FREE and all I have to do is have them scan a code on my phone! Super convenient and really simple. I’ll be back to this store next time I need to return something for sure!

Stopped to return some packages to Amazon didnt have boxes sealed gentlemen working said I should have them already taped when I return them but didn't send me away to return later he kindly sealed all boxes. One package I didn't have code for was a shipping label he said there is a charge for them to print it but he printed it for me. I went to pay and he said have a great holiday. Was busy but still provided great customer service. Thank greatly appreciated.

Very good customer service help me out with Amazon. Return didn’t charge me for a packing envelope… Will definitely use this store again.

Great place. Almost no wait time. I had to return some of my amazon packages and I got everything done quick. Parking lot was pretty much empty too so I was in and out quickly.

They have boxes for rent. Get a street address. Secure delivery of your mail and packages. They offer many other services as well.
