Brandon the man who picks up phone calls is great with calming someone down. I’ve been chasing my referral around since Thursday last week and Brandon was able to get a hold of it within 30 minutes!
I now have an appointment within the next two weeks and am super excited to see what is causes such pain and retention in my kidneys finally after years of searching

Thank you for taking extra time to make sure we get everything I need for my appointment truly! Mentally I feel a load move right off! Other then constant kidney pain I can now say I possibly found a place that gives a dang about there patients thank you for making me feel like a human and not another statistic.

I had been told for a year that I had stage 3 kidney disease. That I had the kidneys of a 95 yr old. I had put off going to the Dr, mostly because of fear and not wanting to hear any bad news. I had a wonderful experience. Dr Lau took very good care of me. I highly recommend this clinic.

We showed up four hours early for an appointment with my elderly relative and they bent over backwards to take care of us before lunch so we wouldn't have the hassle of coming back later during our appointed time. The doctor was straightforward but kind and the staff was cheerful and helpful.

Dr Tien is my doctor there and I think he's excellent. I haven't any issues with the people working there. I had a kidney transplant 13 years ago and I know Dr Tien looks out for me. If i don't receive labs, i call them. No big deal. Usually i just ask the Dr and he gives me a copy. Note to the person whose labs cost so much, you don't have to use their lab. Go to a lab that works with your insurance.

Have been seeing Dr. Salameh for a couple of years now at this clinic. The building is clean, the staff are always helpful and Dr. Salameh is outstanding!!! I never feel that he is in a hurry, but he seems able to spend the time needed to take good care of his patient.

Everyone that works here has always taken such good care of us. They are so professional and nice every time I speak with them. 10/10 recommend

Fantastic group of doctors! Dr.Anand is highly recommended. Anytime I've called his office to ask a question they always have an answer. Then a few hours later the Doctor will call you back. I've just been really impressed with their service.

I love this place! The entire staff especially there practice manager Christina are the sweetest and Dr. Barklow made me feel so much better, couldn’t ask for a better place to go. plus!! they keep their office sparkling clean and it’s very welcoming!!

I am extremely happy and pleased to see how well the staff have done an amazing job, Dr. Elisbet Atkin Thor is my Mom, she helped establish Nephrology Addociates, she was one of the 4 doctor's that started working there when they opened, she is now retired and lives in Oregon, both my Mom and I are forever grateful to the new doctors there, thank you

Handicap parking too far away from entrance, not very convenient

My first appt was scheduled for me from hospital. I was on-time for 9am appt & had filled out pre-registration form online. I waited 45min in waiting room & was taken back to exam room, nice young lady took vitals & said doc would be with me shortly. After 45min I called office & they had forgotten me?? I walked out as someone tried to get me to stay. I am getting ready to call for another appt, wish me luck.
