My experience at Jackson Physical Therapy was nothing short of exceptional, a sentiment that holds true not only because of my personal recovery journey from shoulder and knee injuries but also due to the incredible support and expertise of the entire team, especially therapists Rachel and Danielle, and Leah at the front desk.Rachel and Danielle stand out for their exceptional skill, empathy, and dedication.

Their personalized approach to my rehabilitation was both empowering and enlightening, making the daunting process of recovery a series of manageable steps forward. They didn't just administer treatment; they educated and motivated, ensuring I was an active participant in my healing process. Their commitment to my wellbeing was evident in every session, making a significant difference in my recovery.However, the excellence at Jackson Physical Therapy doesn't end with the therapists. The entire team, including all the other therapists, contributes to a warm, welcoming, and highly professional environment. Everyone plays a crucial role in creating a positive atmosphere that fosters healing and progress. The collaborative spirit and collective expertise of the team are palpable, making each visit reassuring and productive.Leah, who manages the front desk, deserves special mention for her incredible support with scheduling and billing. Navigating appointments and dealing with insurance can be overwhelming, but Leah made these aspects seamless and stress-free. Her efficiency, friendliness, and willingness to help go above and beyond, ensuring every interaction is pleasant and all administrative matters are handled with care and precision.

Choosing Jackson Physical Therapy was the best decision for my recovery. The combined efforts of Rachel, Danielle, Leah, and the entire therapy team have not only aided in my physical recovery but also provided a supportive community through the process. I highly recommend Jackson Physical Therapy to anyone in need of comprehensive, compassionate, and effective physical therapy services.

I would give the Leesburg, VA Jackson Clinics 10 stars if I could. I've had PT 4 times in my life, but I never had as positive of an experience as here.

Rachel and Danielle didn't just have me do boring, repetitive exercises, but rather they taught me about my injury and how to heal it. They're the only PT clinic that made me feel invested in my own healing, which resulted in me WANTING to do my home exercises during my time with them, and even after my insurance amount was reached. The first 30 minutes of every 90 minute session was personal attention by the PTs, asking questions (and really listening to my answers!), massaging the injury area for improved blood flow, and taking/recording measurements.

Leah was the first friendly, smiling face I saw every time I arrived, and she was so helpful in scheduling/rescheduling my sessions and dealing with insurance on my behalf.

The facility is clean and well lit, and the music they play was always great! The "whole gang" seemed more like a group of very close friends instead of simply co-workers (as was evident by the Halloween decorations, and 'PT Olympics' games they held).

I highly recommend the Leesburg, VA Jackson Clinics facility if you ever need PT.

I went for a month with Stephanie and she was really nice. She also tries to work with you if you can’t come every week due to insurance issues. She helped me with my back pain I had for 7 years and gave me ways to strengthen it.

The location is convenient, the staff are friendly and accommodating, and the PT and team are knowledgeable, patient, personable and truly want patients under their care to get well. So pleased with my experience. This was a repeat injury for me and I chose to return to this location. Unfortunately, I have required physical therapy services on many occasions over the past 15 years. I have been treated at quite a few PT clinics, but this Jackson Clinic in Leesburg, VA is by far the best I have received treatment in the past 15 years!! Starting with the warm and welcoming greeting from the Patient Care Manager, Leah, you feel you arrived among friends. The physical therapist Rachel is amazing! She is very knowledgeable, as evidenced by her earning a Ph.D. in the field. I recently recovered from neck surgery for fusion of C4 and C5 vertebrae and now need physical therapy services to regain strength in my upper arm. Rachel was very thorough in her assessment and determination of what activities would be best suited for my requirements. After her detailed assessment, Rachel began 30 minutes of focused treatment activities with the goal of my improvement. I then spend another hour with a fantastic PT Assistant, Allison, who monitors additional focused activities. I've been to other PT clinics who offered suggested exercises then simply walked away for the remainder of my session. Here at the Jackson Clinic in Leesburg you feel you are the primary source of their attention for each individual's healthcare improvement needs. The entire 90-minute visit is constant motion and activity that has been very helpful! I highly recommend this PT clinic to be your primary source for PT support to help reach your healthcare improvement goals!!

I went to the Leesburg Jackson PT clinic for hip replacement rehab. I went 3 times a week for 4 months. I can't sing this teams praises enough. My PT was Corin and he was very thorough kind and respectful. I appreciated his knowledge and sense of humor!! His assistant Alison was on point as well and made sure I was doing exercises correctly. She is kind and understanding and knows how to assist when things aren't going exactly as expected. The rest of the team is amazing as well and I was fortunate to have worked with most therapists at the Leesburg Jackson Clinic. All of these therapists know how to get "The Job Done!" And I am very grateful to all who helped make me able to "Twerk" again!! 🥰

I have been coming here for close to 4 months recovering from ankle reconstructive surgery. Everyone here is extremely friendly and welcoming, from front desk to therapists. Kristin knew exactly how she wanted to approach my recovery, and every session made me feel encouraged even when I barely saw progress and felt discouraged. She and Jakob always made my exercises challenging but fun. I highly recommend for any physical therapy needs!

My experience with the Leesburg Office was awesome. Recovering from serious impact to range of motion effecting both shoulders, I was professionally evaluated on my first appointment and began treatment that day. Throughout the recovery process the Jackson Clinic team established a clear timeline, keeping me informed with regard to progress and the potential benefit of expanding treatment outside the clinic to external medical caregivers (Orthopedic and Chiropractic). Additional guidance on self administered physical therapy kept me moving forward throughout my treatment. I would recommend the professional and caring staff in Leesburg to anyone considering improvement to their physical well-being. Michael

I had a total knee replacement a year ago and another this year. Leesburg Jackson Clinics took care of me both times and I highly recommend them. Kristin and Allison were great. I have been to other clinics and this by far was the best. They are very conveniently located in Leesburg with parking just a few feet from the door.

The staff at this location are all super friendly and great to work with. They take the time to get to you know you and create attainable goals and reach them in record time! Totally recommend this team if you are in need of Physical Therapy!

The service is top-notch from the minute you walk in and are greeted by Brittany to working with Megan and Sammy. Megan's professionalism showed brightly as she applied different methods to work my knee issues. Sammy encourages you to work hard during the workouts and is very good at making sure you do all of the exercises correctly. There were a lot of one-on-one treatments which is not what you normally receive during physical therapy. This was my second experience with a Jackson Clinics facility and would highly recommend them.

My left knee was replaced 6/3/19. That was followed by left shoulder rotator cuff surgery 8/7/19. Prior to this I was going to another PT facility for neck issues. I found the entire staff at the Jackson clinic in Leesburg to be vastly superior to the other. The facility was much better maintained. They were on time and totally professional in their approach. I spent two months on the knee, then four months on the shoulder so I got to know the staff well. They worked well together and consistently up beat. I highly recommend this facility.

The Jackson Clinic in Leesburg was great - it was close to my office, the staff was really knowledgeable and caring, they worked well with each other and they definitely tended to my reason for being there. I worked with them to treat a torn hamstring and then knee arthritis, back to back, and both ailments were successfully treated and I was able to get back to playing baseball. They also know how to manage the insurance coverage, which is important since PT is often unaffordable without it.
I knew about the Jackson Clinic from when it opened up inside my gym near my house and I always had trouble getting an appointment there when I needed one. Now I see why. Jackson Clinics seem to be all over and squeezed into strange places but they have a great reputation and I am not disappointed based upon my experience.

I have gone to Jackson Clinics for several conditions over the last years. In all the visits I have always had first class therapists and exercise people. The front desk people are friendly and helpful. I particularly like the small size of the Leesburg location; it feels very personal. I have recovered more quickly, I Believe, because of their program of therapy and exercise. I could not recommend them more highly.

The entire process at Leesburg from beginning to end was efficient, seamless, enjoyable and productive. The Office Manager, Brittany Winston, was exceptionally proficient at keeping me informed and on track while I was carrying out my plan of care. The Clinic Director, Megan Gretka, provided a clear and concise explanation of the goals I should expect to accomplish during my tenure. The flawless teamwork between my three Physical Therapists--Lyndsey McIntyre, Lauren Haines, and Brittany Cogbill--and my two Athletic Trainers--Maria Rector and Taylor--ensured that I was kept constantly aware of my goals and that my experience was productive and beneficial. At each one of my sessions, I was greeted with a smile by everyone, and I received a recap of my progress, a thorough and quick-moving workout in the gym, and professional and useful advice and guidance about how to continue my progress through exercising at home.

Megan is an excellent representative of Jackson Clinics, both professional and personable, consistently strong but creative when something wasn't working for me. Brittany is an exceptional front office person and shows both efficiency and care for each patient.

The whole team at the Jackson Clinic in Leesburg was great to deal with. From Brittany Winston at the front desk who helped navigate insurance issues, to Dr. Megan Gretka and Sammie Carr who did the therapy, everyone was friendly and helpful, and helped alleviate my back pain. Highly recommended!
