Fred Meyer Pharmacy

The Pharmacist saved my Dad's life. I did not realize that he was having a heart attack. They recommended that I take him to the hospital. These are legitimate doctors. Fred Meyers pharmacy is great! I can use their drive through which is nice. People need to be aware that this is a popular pharmacy. Just call ahead to see if your meds are ready. If not, you can do some shopping in the store.

I'm surprised by the negative reviews, because I've had excellent service from this pharmacy.
The staff, (except for one pharmacist I encountered,) have been pleasant and professional. I've never had an order mis-filled.
I am signed up for text messages to let me know when prescriptions are ready, and that's been a lifesaver, as I live 45 minutes out, and don't wish to waste a trip to town.

Went to Fred Myer pharmacy for new Covid Vaccination. Staff was courteous and pharmacist very informative and gave excellent injection.

Pharmacy staff is always cordial even though the patients are not. I have caught myself being impatient with them for things that are not their fault. They forgive me. And help me resolve the problem. Thank you Pharmacy!

Called in to move a refill time by a couple days, but we use a three pharmacy in a different town usually. They were helpful and went above and beyond to find our profile and move up the puck up date. Thank you for your help!

They get slammed but at least they're nice and always helpful. Sign up for text alerts and you'll never have to go to the pharmacy while wondering if your meds are ready or not.

Pharmacy Technicians and pharmacists were all very helpful.

Very friendly and efficient

After awhile excuses just don't work. They have reduced their hours if you work it's almost impossible to get there with out taking time off the time it takes to get a refill on a prescription at times takes days. Had one of mine called in on a Friday still not ready on monday!! I know we're all suffering from Covit problems but after awhile get it fixed

We like coming to this Fred Meyer. Lots of different things inside and they also have a gas station. I'm from Washington so I really like getting spoiled not having to pump my own gas every once in a while. No sales tax is always a bonus. Like that you can pretty much call this place a one stop shop. Clothing, food, electronics, furniture and so much more.

MR ordered a 90 day supply, pharmacy filled a 30 day supply, thrn charged me the normal price. I get to go back now and argue insurance, and prescription orders.

When a patient arrives at the Fred Meyer pharmacy, the pharmacy employees loudly ask the patient for their name and date of birth. Because the employees ask the question so loudly, I think many patients do not realize that when they give their name and date of birth, everyone in the area can hear. Due to HIPPA, confidentiality on the part of medical employees is very important. Every time I am in this pharmacy, I can easily hear the other customers' private information. I feel like the pharmacy staff needs to set the tone of protecting privacy by either quietly asking for the date of birth, or by asking patients to write it down. Many patients do not stop to think that everyone in there can hear them, and maybe not everyone within earshot would simply ignore that information and could cause a nightmare of a mess with it.

Absolutely the Worst experience with them!
I got prescribed my meds at 10am I called in at 4pm asking if they were done and the lady asked me if I truly need them tonight?!? I told her yes and she got mad and said fine they will be ready in a hour, and hung up on me.
Get to the store go shopping for an hour and half then try and go get them and wad told I can't pick them up tonight

Moved from Washington state. Transferred prescriptions. Ordered 5 refills. Got “your friendly Fred Meyers” call. I’m home bound, with granddaughter picking my meds up. 5(?) nope, one. Made a double file for me. Best one, the instructions on my opioids is double what I should take. Thank goodness I’m aware of what I’m suppose to take.

Anyone know where I can lodge a complaint?. On hold 45 minutes once, no answer second time. I’m not able to locate on line.

My advice would be to go to Longview or Tillamook for training. I am going to follow through. Had I not known my correct dosage, and caretaker gave me written dosage, I could be dead or really disabled. I may be 81, but not ready to leave my dear family with someone worse than what they have to deal with now!

Made the mistake of switching to Fred Meter Pharmacy some time back. Out of the many prescriptions I have to have filled, I have yet to get one filled correctly.
Overcharging (charged for two boxes of meds and got 1), missing meds and one lady who is extremely rude and condescending. If you question anything, she goes off on you.
I hate even going there anymore.
It's a pain to switch pharmacies, but I am at the point where I need to find another pharmacy.

They rarely have the medicines and have to order them, but can't order them until you can actually get the prescription, which means you go without meds from when they order them, until they get them. Usually 3 or 4 says. So if you can't go without the meds, you end up at your doctor.
