We have brought all 3 of our dogs in for emergency services and received excellent care each time. The staff is kind, pleasant, and takes time to answer questions and gives our pets compassionate care. We have transferred our records to have their general care also taken care of at your facility. We feel we can trust they will get the best possible care. Thank you! ❤

Our pup has it out for porcupines.. Yesterday was his 3rd encounter with one, and just like the last 2, he had a face and throat full of quills. We called Wachusett Animal Hospital from our walk and they told us to come on over. All 3 times, this amazing place with their incredible staff have taken such great care of Dexter and have been there for us, especially this last time. They were there for us even when our regular vet was not. We trust them to do what is best and the best is what they do! Love this place and their staff, thank you, thank you for all that you guys do for our Dexter Doo!

Your staff is amazing. The front desk staff and Vet techs were very kind. Dr. Nick was great. He listened and explained things very well. He acted very quickly to ensure Arrow received an accurate diagnosis and was able to formulate a cohesive treatment plan.
We felt very fortunate that the surgeon Dr. Dudley, was there and was able to do the surgery same day.. I felt confident that Arrow was in the best hands. She was was also very thorough in her explanation. It warmed my heart to find out she cared for him overnight. That was truly above and beyond. We are so grateful for your caring staff.
You have always taken wonderful care of our dogs when we have needed you from sutures, to tick borne disease and now kidney stones. Thank you so very much: We deeply appreciate you.

We always have a lovely experience at Wachusett Animal Hospital! We have 3 cats and recently brought all 3 for their check ups, the staff took them all in at the same time and made them feel comfortable in a new environment. They treated our cats with great care and answered all questions we had. Definitely recommend.

The vets, techs, and staff at Wachusett Animal Hospital are extremely helpful, caring, and attentive to their patients and their owners. Our cat is a bit of an anxious grump, and they have been able to handle him in a way that appears effortless. We have been so happy with Martin’s treatment over the years since moving to the area. Can only say nice things about the staff here. I live nearby, but am not yet a customer. My son's cat passed away suddenly over the holidays. I stopped in before work one morning to see if they had a box we could use for burial. I was clear we weren't customers, but they helped anyway. Someone put together two sizes of boxes for us, and 2 or more employees were involved in communication and acquiring of these boxes. My son & daughter in law were very touched by the help from Wachusett, as was I. Going to be making a switch for my veterinary needs pretty soon, as they are closer than my current vet.

We rushed our cat to their urgent care last night in terrible pain—every single interaction was amazing from start to finish. The woman who answered the phone was so compassionate and patient with her advice, the Tech who helped us (I cannot remember her name, unfortunately) was so gentle and kind with our boy, and Dr Fitzgerald was reassuring and so detailed in describing what we could do to help him. And the whole experience took a little over an hour! As my partner and I left with meds in hand we were saying that we will absolutely be coming back here for our urgent care in the future, and we instantly texted friends nearby to recommend them. Thank you!

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. River was cared for quickly and with compassion. Dr. Bethany was very kind during a very tough time for us.

Excellent service with a smile and sincere concern from the initial phone call to checkout. Dr. Fitzgerald is so knowledgeable and a great listener. Our tech was wonderful with Augie and took great care of her. Definitely will be back for any future urgent care needs. I have full faith in this medical team! Thank you so much!

The interactions I had with my cat's treatment team ( reception, Riley and Dr. John) was spectacular. The care she received was reassuring for my anxiety of leaving her for the exam and treatment. The staff has contacted me for updates.

UPDATE: wellness visit, staff was just as wonderful. Dr. Taylor was thorough and informative.

We took our cat, Muffin, to urgent care and they were fantastic! Dr Fitzgerald took her time in explaining in detail the testing results and the next steps in helping our cat. Transferred all my 6 pets here due to the attention and care received!

Awesome people work here! Had an emergency with my dog being bitten by another dog . Was able to get in with little to no waiting and great service.

I have had dogs/animals all my life and I am getting old. I am SO impressed with the hospital and the Pet Retreat. They are Sooooo wonderful. My very large dogs get the best care and treatment. We are sooooo lucky to have such great resource for our loving pet family :)

You guys take such good care of my babies. Sometimes coming in is very sad, and you have been with our family on very sad days and also very happy days. We adopted our adorable baby Chewie 10 years ago from you, and you have treated our Gracie now twice in her 9 months. Once for pneumonia for about a 5 days stay (which she had a full recovery from) and you were such great communicators. Just this week Gracie had a procedure on her paw and again, the experience was greaT. I always know we are getting the best care when we bring our babies to you. thank you for all that you do- you guys are heroes. <3

I really appreciated being able to bring my dog to their urgent care clinic. My dog received the right level of care that included medication and an option to incorporate a "wait and see approach" before conducting bloodwork or x-rays. It's also helpful that the clinic checked back in to make sure she was on the mend--and she is; the meds the very competent vet prescribed did the trick. Many thanks for the excellent care she received.

Pleasantly greeted as I walked in and promptly asked who my pet was. I was 15 minutes early for my appointment and was reassured that i wouldn't be waiting long.

Kayla was my Technician for Night my cat. She was very pleasant and informative on what Night might need.

All staff are knowledgeable, and pleasant/friendly to both me and my cats.
Since I am disabled, I always appreciate that the staff comes out to my car to carry in my cat.
Of all the vets and organizations I have had care for my pets, the staff and WAHPR has been the best!

My puppy 🐶 got hurt and needed stitches I was a mess and Wachusett Animal Hospital staff was so kind, professional, and put me at peace. They took AMAZING care of our baby within a very short notice! Thank you for your great hard work and kindness!!

The staff here is amazing. They are very upfront about the exam cost which I appreciate and they have a lot of appointment slots. Unfortunately, they had to do an emergency surgery the day of my appointment, which delayed them by about an hour and a half. They were very communicative the entire time about the exact status of the delays which I really appreciated. Stuff comes up with emergency/urgent care vets, and the important thing is quality communication during those delays. The front desk person was amazing and the vet was really gentle with my dog, who is anxious and reactive. I will definitely be coming back.

My daughter and I think that Dr. Laura Constantinescu is the best veterinarian we have ever had for our dogs. She gives the most thorough examinations, the best advice and our dog loves her! She even took the time to call me back after looking at Apollo's blood work and didn't hesitate to explain the results in detail.
