Mountain America Credit Union - Salt Lake 735 South State Branch

Mountain America federal credit union will always be my bank. Been with this financial institution for over years and I love it. They have very good credit cards benefits and bench of rewards products. As their employees are very well trained and polite towards customers. I just can’t get out of this financial institution and will be my life time bank. They got very clean offices and bathrooms are tremendous pretty clean every single time because as customers could use them when they’re in for their services. Spencer Beiza was very helpful in getting my auto loan refinance to lower rates and monthly payments to consolidate into one payment monthly. I love how the save their customers here in this branch. please if you looking for good credit union services and financial institutions bank look no further than this tremendous bank. Very helpful to our community as well. You can use this bank for your investments needs too.

All affiliates helping me establish a credit line and a friend getting a loan were timely, efficient, supportive, and respectful. Especially Grant, 5 stars!!

Enrique was AWESOME and showed true customer service. I had a strange request and it could have easily been brushed off as “sorry I can’t do anything about that.” But Enrique was truly helpful, kind, and demonstrated a high level of competency. Give him a raise!!

I had the best experience at this branch! Elton, the branch manager, goes out of his way to serve members and so do the members of his team. 5 stars all around for their professionalism, attentiveness and knowledge. Highly recommended.

I LOVE Mountain America Credit Union!!!! My credit union has been amazing to me and my husband! I absolutely love their in a pinch financial options, I love how they work with you when you need help, I love that they’re willing to remove fees for extenuating circumstances, I love how kind the Customer service agents are, i love the $1000 instant loan with low interest & 6 equal payments, I love that they have our back when it comes to improving our credit and loans and giving us credit cards, in fact I just love everything about our credit union and because the mountain America my credit score has gone up 60 points since getting our account and paying loans and credit cards back but they’ve given us. They have helped us so much and we are very grateful!! In fact, we plan to buy our home through MACU. Thanks MACU for everything!!! You’re amazing & we will tell everyone!!

I opened the checking and savings account over the phone took my ID in on my break from work, I was literally out of there in 20 minutes. Elijah helped me and also told me they could refinance my car did the paperwork after I left and I signed it online. It was the best experience I have ever had banking.

I want to say MACU has the best customer service. I want to personally thank "Nichole Gibbons"!!!!. Who went above for me with taking care of an issue with my business account. I can not thank you enough for your help.

I so enjoy going here. The tellers are all very nice. The loan office has very nice people to. When I received a big check they were very helpful in what was to be done with it. Thank you Mountain America Credit Union for being here.

great experience so far however if I can make a couple suggestions. Since your usually busy and having people wait for loan officers can you have some sort of ticket system? That way when there is going to be a 20 min wait we know who is next up and our position in the wait line. Also it would be very nice if online or in the app I could rearrange my accounts to determine which ones I see in what order. I do like the ability to rename all my accounts! That is certainly a make it or break it for me! Everyone was really nice and they even stayed late on a Saturday for me when I was opening all my new accounts. Also printing cards there while I wait is super nice!

I will never have used a bank account with Big Banking again! This Mountan team is great and I have never ran into any issues. Especially when I took out a loan for The Incident. I have no complaints and am happy to Support

I had an amazing experience at this branch! I lost my wallet and needed a new debit card. The gentleman helped me right away and even let me pick a cute doggo to put on my new card. I had my new card within minutes of arriving. The service here is outstanding and truly makes me proud to be a MACU member. Thank you!

I went in to get my card replaced. They replaced it very quickly! Right after, I asked about applying for a credit card, and they were able to get me signed up right away. This is the first time I’ve been to this branch I will more than likely come back (:

My loan officer did a fabulous job. He was professional, informed and walked me through the process seamlessly and quickly. I did not expect such personal service especially since I did not have an account with Mountain America. But I do now! I would like to personally thank Nico Sisneros for his superb handling of my Auto Loan. Nicely done, indeed.

I have always been very satisfied with MACU and their services. They are a very up to date Credit Union in the world that is always advancing. I am a member of several CU'S and i do the majority of my banking with them. Their services are the most user friendly. I would always recommend them to a friend.

They have always done what they can to help and got me out of a pinch multiple times. They will work with you to keep your account open and continue business with them. Helped boost my credit and give helpful information to keep my score up. Would highly recommend to any person young or otherwise if you are just getting started in the credit world.

I am in my 70's and wanted to do some changing in my financial portfolio. I was lucky enough to get James Longakar both times I went in. He was VERY efficient and when there was a question about my Trust he checked with someone who knew the answer.

I have been very impressed with the clerks, they have been very kind.

My husband did mention to me that it would be helpful to have a numbering system for the financial officers.

I've been banking with MACU for nearly a decade. I've used different branches and all of the staff have been helpful, nice, and prompt with service.
Recently I have been working with CJ Dever at this branch and he has done a spectacular job. He has returned every phone call, and been able to help me with a myriad of topics and issues.

I don't want to leave MACU because of the service that I have received.
