DR. NATALIE BEYELER and Associates

The only physician that helped me after seeing 5 different doctors that didn't help! Very honest and straightforward. Outstanding care by Dr. Beyeler for my awful and miserable gastrointestinal problems. My symptoms are much improved and I may be cured in a matter of months. If not then my condition is manageable thanks to Dr. Beyeler.

Am new to the area and needed to get lined out with a local primary care physician. Had to wait two months for an appointment and thought it was because Dr. Beyeler must be in high demand. On the day of
the appointment, I waited in parking lot at 5 degrees for 30 minutes past my appointment time to be admitted into the building. Then I was put in a cold exam room for another hour before the doctor showed up. No one said a word to me about the delay. When the doctor did appear, first 30-45 minutes of conversation was unrelated to what I was there for. Finally, we began to address my issues. My annual physical exam was not much. We did agree on several tests that I should have done (mostly at my request) and these were to be scheduled. I left the office at 4:15 from my 1:00 appointment and saw no other patients there during that time. A followup appointment was made six weeks out. It is now ten days until that appointment. I have called the office several times but only get a recording and about ten days ago left a message inquiring about these tests that were to be completed before the followup and have not received any callback. I don't know what the problem is, but none of this is what I waited for, expected or think is professional, not to mention dependable. Nothing in what I have experienced makes me feel that I could count on Dr. Beyeler should I have some sort of immediate need. I have never left a negative review for a care provider, but honestly feel others should be forewarned, especially if they are waiting for two months for an appointment only to experience what I have.
