Parallel Wine & Whiskey Bar

Went here for a team meeting for work. Everyone was so nice and respectful. The food was 100/100, everything was amazing!

As a whiskey lover this place is a must! Love the variety of drinks, the food is really good and the service is great!

I have always loved coming to parallel. The ambiance is great and the drinks are awesome. I recently discovered that they also serve Indian/Pakistani food and I was like cool!! Let’s try it. I am vegetarian and I tried the chole bhaturas and omg it was amazing. Highly recommend!!

Service was very good. Bacon Lollypop was very tasty. Mix between smoked bacon and pork belly. Steak and butter chicken were both winners. Butter chicken has a little heat on the finish. Enjoyed each course.

I went back there after a long time. I had liked it before and I like it now. Soothing live music/guitar, excellent choice of drinks and food. We had wine and old fashion, as they say, you can't go wrong with it. Fighter food was excellent. You can't go wrong with this place.

First time at Parallel and won’t be our last. Everything about this establishment was fantastic. Food was excellent! Tyler was able to work some absolute magic and was able to find us a last minute table on a incredibly busy Saturday night. Zara was our waitress and an beautiful soul with a great personality. We will definitely be coming back soon! We will make sure to make a reservation next time.

I had a small bridal shower at parallel and I’m still thrilled at how great it all turned out. It was difficult to find a place in Ashburn that would meet my needs. When I reach out to parallel and they responded quickly . Dana the event coordinator and Peyton the manager were very professional , accommodating and very easy to work with. Our server on the day of the shower was Sophie and she was excellent. The food was great and everyone had a great time.

I absolutely love this place. The food, drinks, and service were excellent. Will definitely be heading back here soon.

Out of all the steak frites I’ve had in my 20 years of living in Northern Va, this is by far the best. The pear and prosciutto flatbread is also a must-have. It’s refreshing to see a wine/whiskey bar execute their food to such a high level. Parallel is a better, more comfortable version of Cooper’s Hawk.

I have been here for Sunday brunches for about a year now and every time is a great experience! Friendly staff, comfortable decor and of course, incredible food and drinks! A favorite of mine is the hangover burger for brunch, although I have tried the Benedict, Southwest omelette and French toast and have been delighted by all of them. Lots of fun cocktails and mimosa flavors to choose from as well, it's always a good time. I highly recommend it for people who are fans of a good Sunday brunch!

Great place! There is a great, rustic ambiance and cool vibe. They have an extensive drink menu. You are bound to find a drink (or 2!) you like. On top of that, the food was great! My friend and I split the wedge salad and wagyu sliders. I had 2 delicious martinis and he had a draft beer. There is ample outside dining so if that's your thing, you'll be in heaven. Definitely a gem of a place. Can't wait to return! (Forgot to take pics of food...oops!)

Went for brunch with my family of 4 on a quiet Saturday morning. The place was quiet, and it was a beautiful day so patio die was opened to let in the fresh air and sunlight. The interior if the restaurant is nicely decorated. The food was delicious. My children shared the cinnamon French toast. Mt husband had the chicken and waffles Benedict. I had the anduille sausage, shrimp and grits. We also enjoyed mimosas and took home a bottle if wine, which our waiter graciously let us taste 2 popular wines based on our specified preference. We will definitely visit again for a date night.

I have eatten here twice, the first time was a burger. This time i had the fried pickles and salmon sandwich with potatoes and 2 eggs on top of the sandwich. The service here is really good and they make me feel welcomed.

The food is so good and filling. I will have to get a to-go box for the rest. Its hot and cooked fully to perfection.

The breading on the pickles is perfect, it falls apart with each bite, just because of the heat.

The salmon sandwich and eggs go perfectly together, better than i thought. The cheese sauce helps to wet the bread which makes it easier to eat. The potatoes are cooked just right as well. They are crunchy with a soft center. Very happy with the presentation and the flavors of everything.

Will come back for more!

Edit: This is now my regular place to come for drinks, food and great entertainment. The staff is awesome, they are always friendly and know how to make you feel at home. I will continue to come enjoy time with my friends here.

Great experience! A little bit too loud for me but other than that phenomenal!! The food and the drinks were amazing and we really enjoyed the live music.

An evening at Parallel has always been an enjoyable visit over the years. Expanding their facilities to offer differing venues, Parallel now has a more significant and diverse presence. Very open and warm environment. Inimitable bar choices and service. Meals are well-prepared and presented. Thanks to Inga for taking such good care of us.

Excellent Wine & Bourbon selection in Ashburn! Finally, a restaurant that caters to both my wife and I's dark desires of wine and the devil's nectar, whiskey! Parallel offers live music weekly (Thursday/Friday/Saturday), excellent crazy/happy hour dishes, and an extensive whiskey menu with optional whiskey flights. They proudly boast 80+ wines, 100+ craft beers, and 170+ whiskey selections, making them one of the largest selections of spirits in the area, outside of D.C.

If you are coming during "crazy" or happy hour, try their delicious Chicken & Waffle minis or the Parmesan Duck Fat Fries. For dinner, we highly recommend "Talib's Butter Chicken" - Pakistani Chicken w/ Garam Masala Sauce, very tasty!

For whiskey, I recommend (all neat): Sazerac 6yr. (rye), Red Breast (Irish), Four Roses Single Barrel (bourbon), Reservior (bourbon), Evan Williams Single Barrel (bourbon), Lagavuilin 16 yr. (Scotch). They also offer some hard-to-find whiskey like Stagg Jr. (bourbon) and E.H. Taylor (bourbon).

The wagu burgers were great! The bacon jam is a must! Huge drink selection . Winning drink of evening “Make you wanna slap yo mama”….

I went for brunch with my mom and it was lovely. We got the French toast, which was superb, and the chicken and waffle sliders which lacked flavor slightly (or salt). The drinks were also good. My mom got a glass of wine and the Bellini I got was amazing. They also have a mimosa flight!

This is one of my favorite spots in Ashburn. Their brunch is what keeps me coming back and now (believe it or not) so will their Butter Chicken! ::mouth watering:: I will definitely be ordering this again. Also, if you have a chance to sit at the bar that Abbi is working that night, do so! She's a delight to talk to, amazing at her job, super attentive and makes wonderful cocktails.

The Parallel “Smash” burger was pretty good! 🍔 Also tried the “Basic witch martini” which was great! 🍸They have tons of great cocktail options and also seasonal drinks! 👍🏻
