The outlet behind my stove had stopped working. (Turns out it had melted)

I called a few other companies who were going to charge $160 or more for just coming out and $100 for labor per hour. A-Abel was recommended to me so I called and scheduled an appointment for just $50. They offered to come out the same day but I chose the next day between 8-1.

Caleb called around 9:30 and got here about 10am and was finished before 11. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations with his quality of service, friendliness, and professionalism. He answered all of my questions, addressed all of my concerns and I feel much safer with our electrical system.

I was expecting a huge bill (because of the other companies over the phone quotes) but was VERY pleasantly surprised at how affordable it was.

I will definitely recommend A-Abel to friends and family and they will definitely be the very first company I call in the future!

Absolutely fantastic service. Quick response to my need for plumbing services. Friendly knowledgeable staff took time to listen to the issues I was having and knew exactly what to do. Thank you for a great experience. Not only was the team communication key, but friendly and professional. The technicians explained and showed me everything that was wrong with my unit but also was educating the young technician that is learning. This was our first experience using A-Abel. We needed a ceiling fan installed and the outlet for our stove moved. We had a few other things that we needed done on the outside of our home to prepare for new siding installation.

Jeremy was our technician and did a FANTASTIC job on all. He was very professional, knew how to handle the projects and cleaned up after he was finished. He also gave us some good recommendations for future work we may want to consider. We have one more project to finish before our siding is installed and we'd be glad to have Jeremy back to complete it for us.

Justin did a really great job replacing our old toilet in the guest bathroom and was able to fix a significant issue with the existing floor flange and hardware. Did a very professional job despite the additional work required to make the repair. Highly recommend him/them.

Awesome experience. On Time, quick assessment and resolution of issue. Added a whole house Surge Protector at a very reasonable price. Electrician (Ron) was very professional and patient as well as I like to understand what is done to my house and he explained what and why he did. Would highly recommend!

This was the second electric company. I’ve had to my home in less than one week to to try to figure out what was going on in my house electrically. duke had already been out twice the first time to replace the ground wire outside that the squirrels had eaten through, and the second time in the middle of the night to replace the main powerline after I had a second round of power surges through the house my lights were off and not working some of them were half working. Some of them were on when they should’ve been off and some outlets were dead. I called several other electric companies closer to where I live and it took one company five days to call back and the other ones never responded at all. this company. I called in the morning and explained my issues and my concern about safety. they said someone would be out that day, the technicians arrived almost an hour early, were well dressed, very polite and extremely knowledgeable. They went right to work, trying to diagnose the issue, gave me a fair price estimate, which was much less than I expected and set about to fix the issue. after the problem was identified and repaired they made sure that all of my lights, electrical switches, and outlets were safe and working properly. Can’t express how thankful I am for the prompt, efficient, knowledgeable service of these young men. Now my house is safe. I will recommend this company to everyone I know and have done so already because there’s always something around here!

The technician was polite and mature. Appeared to be a person of integrity. Kept us informed of his arrival time, discovered the problem quickly and presented his plan to correct the problem for our consideration. No high-pressure sales. Will definitely continue to use A Abel in the future.

We were looking for a plumber to install a salt-free water softener from the Company Kind. Abel provided updates through text messages about our Appointment. Our technician Connor called us and arrived at the announced time. He was professional and knowledgeable. He looked at several jobs in out house as well. We are booked and ready to go w our project! So happy the Springboro Community recommended this company! We are impressed to the max.

Wonderful, professional and quick service! Our furnace wasn’t working and Robert was able to fix it! Our water pump was cracked causing our furnace to shut off repeatedly. He replaced it and got our entire system running again. The price was very reasonable too! We will definitely use this company in the future!

The election was clear and professional in addressing each of our electrical issues, providing a quote for each, and he offered options with different price points when appropriate. This was a call to address multiple electrical concerns, and install a new ceiling light. The knowledge and work of the electrician and his coworker exceeded my expectations, and the cost to have all the work done was fair. I am very happy with the work done, as I have been on past jobs. I have used A Able before, and I will definitely use them again!

Mark B. was on time, friendly and extremely competent. He came to figure out why the power stopped coming into our house, but then while he was here, he evan fixed our bathroom outlets that another electrician couldn't. He got the power back on (which was awesome since it was 15 degrees out) and is coming back tomorrow to replace our electrical panel. Very happy and impressed!

The plumber was great. He had equipment that made clearing the drains quick and easy. He was very nice and experienced. I will use them from now on.

Highest recommendation! Quality products, professional and responsive employees. I recently used both electricians and plumbers from A-Able to complete some major repairs on my home the same day. They coordinated with each other and de-conflicted their work. They were professional and responsive, completing additional unscheduled work that I asked for when they finished their projects early. A great value for the money, they completed complex projects quickly, professionally, on time, and at a very reasonable cost. I can’t say enough praise for this wonderful company.

We had Allen Dunn a technician from an Abel heating and air come to our home to perform our preventive maintenance on our heat pump system. He was very professional, clean, and courteous. He did not mind me watching over him. He was very thorough. Not only did he inspect my entire indoor system including my water panels for my humidifier and filter for my fan coil. But he also took my outdoor unit apart got all the leaves out of the bottom washed all the outdoor coils. I was very impressed.

Excellent job removing and replacing our water heater. Justin, the technician, was thorough completing the job, answered all my questions, and gave clear explanation of steps to maintain the new unit. He also pointed out the advantage of a water softener and made it clear would fit in the space. That will be our next purchase, and we will go back to A-Abel!
