There aren’t enough great things I can say about Rob and his team! From the start I could tell he meant business and will go to bat for me to win my case. Recently Mr. Kershner represented me on another false child abuse charge, which was another attempt at parental nuking, orchestrated by my alienating ex-wife. My daughter was throwing a major fit, destroying her electronics, the house, and manipulating me instead of accepting her punishment and staying in her room, requiring me to hold her still while she settled down.

I was experiencing trauma from having to face another gamut of our flawed legal system for having to hold my daughter still and the nervousness which that brings. I didn't want to tell a courtroom my daughter was out of control. Although Mr. Kershner and I practiced my defense strategy. I didn't have to testify! Due to his focus, keen awareness, and expertise he was able to have the case strike after cross examination. Then, after commuting to Spotsylvania, Va, he went the extra mile, by sticking around to help get the protective order removed which was outside of scope.

Our experience with Mr. Mann was absolutely amazing. We came in with a somewhat difficult case that other attorneys thought was not likely of a dismissal. When I first met with Mr. Mann, he was very straight forward with his approach and had a fully thought out plan on the get-go. Whenever I had any questions we would get back to us within an hour or less.
When it came to the actual trial it was visible that, even well before the trial started, that he was adamant to find a resolution and strike a deal with the prosecutor. Unfortunately, the prosecutor wasn't looking to be reasonable so we took it to the court floor. I was blown away by everything he was able to put up for our defense. In the end the judge was completely on our side since the prosecutor had almost nothing else to work with. We ended up being found not guilty with all charges dropped.

I had not one, not two, but three speeding tickets all teetering the line of reckless driving within a 6-week period in 3 separate jurisdictions! (I know I have a problem). I had contacted numerous lawyers in Virginia and all of them either said I didn't have a chance, were so costly or gave me the run around. The 3rd ticket was speeding again at reckless speed was in a school zone. Although, he wasn't able to make the charge just go away he did get it reduced from 6 points to 4 points. So in total I was facing 18 points and walked away with 4. Who else can do that for you at Caleb's price? No one! I ran across another gentleman who had similar tickets as mine in Virginia during a random discussion. Turns out he had Caleb as well and could not speak highly enough about how thankful he was for Caleb getting his tickets thrown-out/reduced. All in all Caleb is your best bet for a lawyer, especially with traffic violations. Hopefully, I won't need him again, but if I do he will always be my first and only choice!
