IMI Furniture

They pack a lot of really nice high-quality furniture into this showroom. We worked with the store manager who helped us find the console table that had been eluding us for many months. She knew her stuff and even though we didn’t buy something off the floor she helped us find the right piece through a catalog they had. She was able to figure out our tastes really quickly and knew exactly what to recommend. You can certainly go to that much larger store up the road but if you’re looking for quality furniture and professional help, this is the place you really want to go to.

Our dealing with Marilia and her team at IMI was excellent. Our long awaited bedroom set was finally delivered and it looks great in our master bedroom. The delivery was seamless and it arrived a bit earlier than scheduled today. The installers were pleasant and took their time to place every piece the way we wanted them.

One of the dresser drawer has an issue but IMI is working with the manufacturer to resolve the issue and replace the drawer.
All in all, a very nice service!

What an incredible experience my wife and I had working with Fernando. We had been looking for several months for a kitchen table and hutch. We were in the midst of moving and he found a kitchen set that fit perfectly with our new house. The only question was if the hutch topper would work. Fernando said for us to see if it worked and if it didn't he would be willing to store the topper for us in their warehouse for as long as we needed. Who does that? That was truly amazing.
We also found a couple pictues that we liked but couldn't make up our mind on how it would look. Fernando had his folks deliver the picture to our house so we could make the right decision. Again who does that? Fernando did.
He never pressured us on anything and the experience with him and IMI was awesome and will keep us customers for the foreseeable future. THANKS FERNANDO!!!!!

The best customer service ever! I purchased John Richard lamps thru ImI furniture and the lamps came with manufacture/design defects. Imi furniture was excellent and they contacted John Richards to have the lamps replaced. The entire exchange process was long (took many many months) because it included redesigning the lamps. Diama Gisbert (from Imi furniture) followed the process very carefully, notifying me in every step. She is the best!!! I trust IMI family and their customer service!

IMI Furniture team are the best I have ever dealt with. Very efficient and responsive.
The dinning table set, sofa and love seat is in perfect condition.
My table had just a tiny manufacturer defect, they picked it up and had it replaced.

I have to give IMI the highest praise because from my dealings with my interior designer Marilia Villar since 2008.The fabric choices for my sofa and chaise where amazing to now with my dining room table,base and chairs in 2021.The staff and I do mean the complete staff were a huge part of the greater shopping experiece.
