Went for a quick return but always like displays of new products. Clean and well organized. Friendly staff.

Went to Kohl's to purchase bedding supplies. Found items and proceeded to checkout. Cashier was courteous and efficient.

It's been a while since I was in an actual store since the pandemic. It was nice to be able to actually see and feel things before buying them. I decided to buy myself a watch. Unfortunately, I had to return it the next day because it just wasn't keeping time. Wasn't able to exchange it for a similar watch due to a price difference. Offered to pay the difference but apparently their policy didn't allow that. Returned it and wound up going elsewhere for a similar watch.

We mostly use them for Amazon returns. Because they make us go all the way to the back of the store we have to shop going in or coming out. It makes you want to spend the $5 coupon on their overpriced items. Nice strategy Kohls! Their towels are really great quality. Holiday selection is usually great. Wait a few weeks and you'll save even more. If you go to the Haymarket store the return area is in the front of the store (what a great concept, now we don't have to carry our returns so far and we are more likely to shop your overpriced items). Why don't they do that in all the stores? Then you would have less shoppers who don't intend to buy anyway. That is why we are doing our returns from Amazon! If you would price match, your sales would go up.

Staff at this store is amazing team! I love the sales&coupons they offer. They have the most wonderful family bathroom(&clean) this mommy has ever seen!...I never mind shopping with my kids at this location.

Super friendly staff. Quality clothing and home goods. The sales can't be beat especially when you have the charge card. Easy to save hundreds of dollars per visit when you use coupons and clearance sales.

Had to return some Christmas clothes, but no receipts for all items. Customer service did what they could, and I appreciate their help. I spent money again on other stuff, without too much effort, so it all worked out.

I have no complaints. Store was clean and we'll organized, they had what I was looking for (so I got two), and there was no line upon checking out. The three employees I came in contact with were very courteous and kind.

I will be shopping more often at Kohl's! They have a nice variety of "plus" size clothes, the store is nicely laid out and the staff is very personable. I especially love their discounts!

Awesome experience! We went in for a rather expensive item, and the employees were kind enough to give is a 20% coupon plus an additional 20 .00 off at the register. We paid 98 00 less than we expected!! Thank you Kohls of Culpeper staff!

Although this Kohls is 40 minutes away (one way) this is my "go-to" Kohls. The shelves were full and orderly. The employees were pleasant and helpful. I got everything I needed and was out the door in minutes.
Skip the mess in Fredericksburg! I didn't have to wander the store, dig through random piles of clothes and wait in a long line for one angry cashier. Take the drive, you will save time!

Great customer SERVICE💘💘, Returns, no issues!!💕💕💕 I LOVE MY Kohls Store!! I could just move in there!! I love the makeup counters(area) and the lady's who work there are SO friendly, they will spend as much time as I need to shop on product. It's like having a shopping Buddy!!. My local Culpeper Kohl's is awesome! I always find great deals. I purchased a Simply Vera Wang purse on sale. I love this line of purses. They are stylish, durable and help keep my contents organized.

Found advertised ladies clothing and men's jewelry which was on sale with a coupon. I was able to be checked out quickly with a very pleasant clerk. For a holiday weekend, the store was clean and well covered.
