Wow this place is great. Super friendly staff and the grounds and the halls and units are super clean. They even offered me a moving truck to use for my move in. They even offered me coverage for my stored goods at a very great rate. Super impressed and will recommend to anyone looking for a great experience in storage.

Bethany and Jan made the experience amazing. It’s already stressful to have to feel like you need to move half you life into a storage unit but they made it seem less! They were super fun and made the process feel easy and the were very informative about policy and what is and is not allowed. Pricing was some of the most competitive for the area and the fact that they have great staff behind the very clean and orderly units made me feel as if my belongings will be safe. Anyone within the West Jordan area that needs storage will definitely be recommended by me to at least take a look at this place.

They were very helpful and accommodating when it came to signing papers, we took a look at a couple of options for spaces so I could be sure and get the one that best fit my needs. We were able to sign the paperwork, get the keys and I was able to move in all in the same evening. Great location, clean units, cameras and security everywhere, I am very happy with my choice to rent here.

I found this place online a month ago. I had called a couple places and didn't get any call back. However this place called back right away. We were able to get registered and fill out all the paperwork over the phone. All we had to do was show up and pay for the storage and it was done. Took 8 mins at most! The containers were very clean. And it has lights! The ladles in the office are amazing and very nice. I would recommend this location to anyone. It's very secure. I have another month here. I know I put my stuff in the right place! Thank you!! Thank you!!

This is easily the best storage unit I've used in the 10+ years of having to have storage units because of military moves. The units are secure, and easy to access. They provide flatbed moving carts at all entrances and have multiple elevators and stair wells, which make it easier to use 2nd floor units. The prices are reasonable compared to the competition. There is a covered loading dock, so you don't have to worry about unloading a moving truck in bad weather. Best of all, you get one free use of a small moving truck for a few hours when you move into a new unit. My only complaint is that there aren't garbage bins or dumpsters; I think I understand why they aren't provided, but it would be nice. I've often seen trash laying about simply because there isn't anywhere to properly dispose of the waste.

I highly recommend West Jordan Self Storage. There prices are good, the customer service is good, and their facility is clean and well maintained. Not once I’m the two months I rented from them did a single thing happen that was a concern. Thank you so much for a good relationship. I would definitely rent again if need be.

The facility is clean and secure. The lockers are easy enough to access, and the staff were courteous and professional. The complimentary moving truck was greatly appreciated.

Stayed for about a year and a half. Well tended and tidy grounds. Gus always provides exceptional customer service and helps find solutions to usually ignored problems. Customer for life!!

This is the greatest bestest storage in Utah by far, top 10 in North America easily. Better the the Trump tower (where the Donald stores his wife and kids). Bethany and Ms. Oswaaaald were so wonderful and helpful, the best! I would never store in any other place... ever! And the toilet facilities... on point.

West Jordan Self Storage has been great to work with! They made sure I knew about all of the specials going on, took time to walk me through the facility, test our access code and teach me about the benefits of using their facility. It was a quick, easy set up! Plus, they’re VERY CLEAN!
