We had a great stay with our host Sam. Great Mountain Biking and Disc Golf nearby.

OMG! This place is dirty and needs to be professional cleaned and repaired. There was bags of trash left outside the garage. The pool and hot tub is not heated. He tried cooking us some weird food that we refused to eat. Sam is the only person that tries to maintain the property. Sam is such a con artist and doesn’t believe he’ll ever get caught. He offered me a job but I’m from out of town. If you’ve ever met car salesman, that’s Sam. He’s a manipulative liar, anything to get your money. Never again!!!

The bathrooms and beds needed to be cleaned. There was hair on the bed spread and the chairs. The bathtub had soap scum all over it. After bringing to Sam’s attention he said he would clean it but never did. He also promised to bring us fresh towels and never did. Never again!!!
