Taco John's

The staff was professional and friendly. The food was very good at a fair price. The parking lot on the side by the school is a bit narrow for backing out of the spaces. You have to be very careful backing out of the spaces if you have an SUV or larger, or use parking on the other side of the building.

Why they drive thru they had asked if I'd like nacho cheese and sour cream after giving my first combo order then after the 2nd combo order they again asked if I'd like yada yada yada, again I said yes absolutely, pulled up to the window paid for my food gift down there trust when I realized I only had one of each, not acceptable. I went back drive up to the window right away told them my issue, the response I got from them was that I was only charged for the Items in my bag, which upon checking the receipt I found this to be true, however that isn't what i had ordered, either way the lady after trying me i only paid for one of each so butt me a have nice day, so i never got my other cheese cup or sour cream.. which is most likely need less to say but in going say it anyway, that kind treatment/ behavior is not acceptable and left me very unsatisfied

Great food and great service always love stopping in for a quick bite to eat.

The store is always clean and staff happy to work there, always have fun conversations with them while they make my food.

Food is always hot and fresh and never wait to long for my food.

I just received counter service during the lunch rush. Hailee waited on me and can honestly say that was the absolute best service I have ever received. She was polite, courteous and even cheery. What a plus with an awesome menu to boot.

Normally right on the ball, but not tonight. Took awhile in the drive thru as the person taking the order wanted to debate about what I was reading right off their menu. Hand me a straw take my money give my change blah blah blah, next window gives my food and have a great night. Window shuts and what's missing? The drink for the straw.
Drive around, go inside and wait even longer. Get my missing drink, no apologies for the inconvenience, nothing.
Might be time to retrain a lot of the kids there to pay attention a bit.
Not mad but it'll be awhile before I go there again.

We got our food in a very timely manner. It was hot fresh and tasted so good.

I have eaten at the wisconsin rapids location since it opened years ago , I always have enjoyed my food here and have never had anything missing from a drive through order

Recently downloaded the Taco Johns app and went into the restaurant to redeem a generous promotional offer. For simply downloading and registering the app, Taco Johns gifted a free combo meal size small. Which really isn't what I'd consider small servings of Ole's and soda. As is always my experience at this location, the interaction with employees was charming and the cleanliness of restaurant is unmatched. Bravo TJ's!

Ok. I will admit it. I have enjoyed Taco Johns majority of my life. In high school we would go through drive thru for Taco Tuesdays. Their menu has great variety. They are continually adding items. Something I insist you try right around Thanksgiving to around Christmas they have the apple grande. This is so yummy..Apple pie filling, candie cinnamon sugar mixture, cheese on a tortilla. Absolutely delicious..Inget this wonderful treat extra apple, extra cheese.
The potato oles order them with a cup of nacho cheese..Big Family get the 6 pack and a pound. That is 6 tacos either crunchy or soft tacos with a pound of potato oles. I enjoy the super burrito with chicken no onions..this does have refried beans. Its a filling meal and oh so delicious.

I went through the drive through. It was busy but we went through quickly. I ordered the grilled chicken burrito. It was excellent.

Okay so I'm from Texas so I'm generally not a Taco John's fan, crew was very thoughtful. I'm trying to order some meals and add on this or that and the lady checking me out said hang on a minute it'll be much cheaper if I do it this way. I really appreciated her taking care of me the customer instead of just being worried about every penny she could get for the company. I'd go back and eat there simply for that reason.

Super friendly staff! And my food came so fast even though there was plenty of customers they're keeping them busy. I will definitely return the guacamole is fantastic and I love their salsa just spicy enough

Our visit tonight was bet pleasant. The place was clean, well-staffed, and everyone we dealt with was very hospitable and helpful.

I absolutely love taco johns. I saw a few comments about it being bad, about it not being up to their personal standards, but I think taco johns is amazing. They have good food at good prices, the staff always seems happy, and there is good service. There is no doubt in my mind that this is a great restaurant.
