Good shopping experience. We bought some soil for a yard work project.

I am doing a large rehab and remodel to a new home I purchased in Appalachia. The Lowe's store in Wise is wonderful to work with.

In my opinion the best lowes in our area. Very helpful and definitely cleaner. All their lumber is inside in the dry, and you can load out of the rain. All they need to be perfect is support the veterans and first responders more by offering a discount. Which is each individual stores option to do it or not.

The service in store was fine, but, the delivery was terrible! Very dissatisfied!

One of my favorite places. Spend hours there. And always find what I need.

I don't recall visiting Lowes or anywhere near it two weeks ago.

However, everytime that I have been to Lowe's: Service was Exceptional, Employees were always eagerly helpful, Always extremely informative, and the environment is also a plus!!

Just browsed thru that evening. No notable experience in store. Like most all stores, prices have increased since last visit. Employees were friendly all of them implemented their guidelines of asking if I needed anything when they walked by me

Lowe's Home Improvement Store has a lot of great items. I usually shop at Home Depot, but enjoy looking at the different brands of tools and products that they carry. Like most places, they are currently understaffed. The employees we dealt with here were very helpful and attentive to our shopping needs.

They had product others stores are out of.
Even loaded our trailer for us! Great service Lowes of Wise County!

Employees were friendly and helpful in finding what I needed. I also met one of Santa's helpers. 🎄

Can get most supplies you need here. Staff is generally helpful. Plants are usually healthy

Quick and easy shopping! I found everything without help and went through the computer checkout with no problems! Thank you Lowe's for making everything easy! My only concern is I didn't find anyone that could help me. The sales floor in the back of the store was lacking sales associates. It is super awesome when a sales associate is there to help and offer suggestions!

Huge store, lots of associates, there's not much to say. My only disappointment was I was late to try and see if they had any leftover lights from the holidays, but that's on me and not them.

They've heard some local people and you get waited on and straight help Wise Virginia

I have recently commented on shopping at Lowes. Reviewing becomes stale or bland when describing experiences too often or too close together on the same places. So, I'll pass for now but will shop at more local shops in the near future and will include pictures.

Doesn’t matter what I’m there for— there is always a nice selection to choose from. And if I’m unsure the staff are always quick to help. Store is clean too and easy to navigate.
