Peet's Coffee

This store is amazing! It has a busy drive-through and seating for 25 comfortably. The employees are amazing, fun, excited about working and take customer service seriously. The place is amazingly clean and an interesting group of customers who are , diverse, respectful and pleasant! This is one of the best Peet’s store I’ve visited and highly recommend!

It's more expensive than it should be but isn't everything these days. Mocha latte was tasty. Staff friendly and order was perfect and pretty fast.

Lord have mercy, this coffee! Peets coffee is always a win. I get the Havana cappuccino (light on the condensed milk) and the ham and cheese croissant. This place is usually poppin’ and the staff manages a full cafe and long car line quickly and gracefully. My favorite coffee shop in Loudoun. **UPDATE** Shout out all the Peets staff who helped make my daughter’s birthday a beloved memory! My husband dropped off a gift at the Ryan Road location and a staffer (I don’t know who he is but he has clearly been training for this role for a lifetime) pretended to know it was my daughter‘s birthday and gave it to her during our drive-through order. She talked about it all day! It was the highlight of her birthday which she said was the best ever! thank you, thank you, thank you!

Coffee is coffee but the staff here really try to give good service. My first 2 visits I was serviced by this guy with an amazing beard and an amazing attitude. He recommended a simple alteration to a drink I’ve gotten for years and it’s a total upgrade. I’m so glad I went to Peet’s!

Food is basic but coffee is chefs kiss! Moving out of Virginia and ill be missing my daily peets. Best coffee joint in the US

Great coffee, smooth, and love drive thru coffee shops too. Customer service is friendly at the window and/or inside.

First timer to this brand. A very good competitor to the big green coffee shops. Friendly and efficient staff filling orders. A good range of breakfast sandwiches to go with a wide range of drink recipes, with some unique flavors like "The Black Tie" option. There is a drive thru and a small amount of indoor and outdoor seating.

Quick and easy coffee to go. Did the drive through. No complaints

The Mocha's I have had there are tasty and the service is relatively quick and friendly.
Clean location, but just a chain coffee shop, so don't expect comfortable seats or any reading area.

Personally, I believe Peet's Coffee is better tasting when compared with Starbucks. Location is very clean and everyone is anxious to assist with placing an order to understanding the specific coffee selection.

This location is pretty much always busy. They do have a drive through, but I prefer to go in. I love that they have non-dairy/vegan options for flavoring syrups and milks. The coffee lattes are smooth and no burnt coffee taste like Starbucks. Employees are willing to check ingredients for the syrups if they are not certain. Overall, I highly recommend Peet's Coffee.

Great service!! Drive thru was out of service. I had a sleeping toddler in the back so I couldn’t get out. I called and asked if someone could bring my order to the car. I placed my order and Bria brought it to my car. She then asked if I needed anything else. I really appreciate quality service and Peets staff definitely went above and beyond.

My sister and I received excellent customer service today from some young men. They were very kind, and sweet.. they made us feel welcomed and made our day! :-) they deserve recognition! They made our pit bull happy too, he received his own order of whipped creamed adorned with with treats, it was super cute. Thanks guys!

Great chain that makes it feel local... baristas are efficient and talented. Honestly, better than the "star" place. Local tip, if not using drive thru park on west or back side of building...there is a rear entrance easier in and out.

Got to try some Frozen Yogurt at this place and geez was it amazing! I had the Coconut, Cake Batter and Taro flavors. Extremely kind and respectful staff! The interior was nicely decorated and very clean. I will be returning without a doubt.
